OCEN’s future and current growth will come from:

An increase in the number of folk popular music concerts and other events directed at the “C” and “D” sociodemographic levels.

Fairs: Mexico City, Texcoco, Pachuca; 10 medium-term prospects in Mexico´s central region.

Sporting Events - Motor Sports : Motor cross, Monster truck, Speed Boat Racing Cups - Participatory Sporting Events : Beach volleyball, Triathlons, Marathons, etc...

Results from the Telmex Gigante Grand Prix (Mexico City, Oct. 2003): higher attendence than for the 2002 event.

Sales and sponsorships:

-Fifty-five key clients: different sectors and industries.

Construction and Building:

- Finish the building design.- Initiate the construction of the thematic real-play venues.

Marketing and Communications

- www.wannadocity.com-The development of a marketing plan for clients (advertising, promotions, group sales and public relations).-The establishment of links with community and educational associations.

Las Americas Complex

The expansion of the Sports Books and Yaks Network:

Two units in 3Q03 (Plaza Cuicuilco y Plaza Exhibimex); a total of 21 functioning units.

Five units in the last phase of development (opening in 4Q03); a total of 26 Sports Books and Yaks by the end of 2003: - Plaza Misterios (Mexico City) - Cinemex Coacalco (Ecatepec) - Centro Comercial Carrefour (Aguascalientes) - Galerías Zapopan (Zapopan) - Plaza del Sol (Chihuahua)

The next projects to be developed: Villahermosa y Queretaro.

Project “Granja Las Americas” The Farm:

Opening in May 2004. Fourteen confirmed sponsorships and twenty-three that are in the

confirmation process.

International Area

Argentina:

Alliances with local promoters such as Pop Art and Martin Gontad. Stable attendence levels at the Zoo and increasing per capita consumption.

Brazil: The promotion of local youth events based on the experience with Sandy and Junior and The

Chinese Imperial Circus.

Spain:

The renewal of theatrical offerings: the debut of Cabaret in Sep 2003 and the upcoming opening of CATS, which will take the place of Phantom of the Opera.

The new Teatro Alcalá in Madrid.

The United States: The operative and administrative restructuring of CIE-Hauser. The promotion of domestic concerts of artistic talent such as Metallica and Shania Twain.

There were a total of 3,749 of regional functions in the first nine months of the year, an increase of 47% over the same period of the previous year.

Attendence at these events declined 13% to 5 million during the same period.

Centro Banamex In the first nine months of 2003, Centro Banamex hosted 37 exhibitions as well as

397 conventions and social events; 42% and 65% more, respectively, than in the same period of 2002.

The backlog for the last three months of the year consists of 96 events, which will allow Centro Banamex to close out 2003 with 530 events, 2.5 times more than in the previous year.

Events scheduled to take place in the last three months of the year include:

“Cineminutos” Ads Screened Prior to the Feature Film

104,163 cineminutos were screened in movie theaters during the first nine months of 2003, an increase of 20%.
