1. Plaintiff Cameron Lanning Cormack ("Cormack") is a Canadian citizen with an

address at 10435 139 Street, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, T5N 2K6.

2. On information and belief, Defendant Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation

("Northrop") is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 2980 Fairview Park
