The first voyageCaptain James

Cooks first ship was called the Endeavour. In his first voyage he mapped New Zealand and eastern Australia. This voyage started in 1768 and ended in 1771.On Cooks first voyage he was stung by a cup moth.

The second voyageIn his second voyage

he made it to Antarctica and he was the first explorer to map it. On his way back to Europe he landed on New South Wales which is now called Australia. Also on the second voyage he found a fur seal on south Georgia.

The third voyageThe navy wanted to

determine there was a north passage make sailing easier through Europe and Asia. He set out in 1776 for it. He also passed through the north and south isles of new Zealand. His navigation came to a halt because of the Arctic ice.

Unfortnly his life came to an end in the sandwich isles (which are now called the hawiin isles .)

The most successful voyage of cooks voyages we think is the first one. Why? He mapped New South Wales and New Zealand. But the funny bit is that he got stung by a cup moth.
