PAYMENT PLAN POLICY Continuing Education offers payment plans for select Professional Development courses. Eligible courses are taught in-house with atuition fee of $300 or more. Online courses or courses offered via third-partyeducationalpartnersdonotqualifyforthispaymentplanoption.However,someof these programs may be eligible for financial assistance offered through the educational partner.

The Continuing Education payment plan offers the option of paying tuition in three installments. 50% of the tuition is due at the time of registration. The remaining 50%isdividedintotwoequalinstallments:thefirstisdueonorbeforethefirstdayofclass;thelastinstallmentisduebythemid-pointoftheclass.Inordertoutilizethe Continuing Education payment plan option, you must register for the desired course(s) in person and complete a Payment Plan Agreement. REFUND POLICY As Continuing Education (CE) is a self-supporting branch ofColumbusStateUniversity,werelyonstudentregistrationfeestocoverallcosts.If youmustwithdraw froma class, pleasenotify us by5:00PMat least threebusiness days before the course begins. A full refund minus a $15 processing fee will be issued.You may also choose to accept a CE credit voucher for thefullcourseamount,inlieuofarefund,andprocessingfeewillbewaived.Ifyouwithdrawafter the3-dayperiod,butbefore theclassbegins,youwill receivea50% refund or credit voucher. No refunds can be given after a class begins.

Intheeventofclasscancellationorchangesoftimesanddates,wewillattempttonotifyyouatleasttwobusinessdaysbeforethecoursebegins.Ifyoucannotattendthecourseduetothesechanges,youwillreceiveaCEcreditvoucher,whichisvalid for 18 months from the date of issue.
