• Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) so that you can securely access your dedicated company internet and be guaranteed uncontended internet speed from anywhere within the building once configured

• Pre-installed infrastructure meaning you won’t be hit with an installation cost which can be up to £1,500

CLEANINGAt Bruntwood we’ve built up a professional team who are adept at keeping our buildings in tip top condition.

We’ll regularly clean the communal spaces at Platform, but did you know we can also organise the cleaning of your dedicated office space? Our services include regular cleaning of your workspace including internal windows, telephones and carpets and we can also provide one-off deep cleaning services.

FURNITUREEvery office space needs the right mixture of furniture to meet the needs of the employees who work there. Getting this balance right can be the difference between comfortable, motivated and productive employees versus restless and distracted ones. We’ve teamed up with Insightful Environments (IE) to offer a range of furniture options for your new work space at Platform.

IE can also provide more bespoke options including height adjustable desks, collaborative spaces and finishing touches to help you feel right at home.

With a range of specification options and the choice of purchasing outright or leasing over a period of one to five years, you can choose the best fit for your business.
