Silverado’s versatile indoor/outdoor function

space, comprehensive group services and

modern technology justify the resort’s

distinction as an exceptional

meeting and event venue.

The two-level, dedicated

Conference Center welcomes

groups from five to 500 in 15,000

square feet of space including

15 individual meeting rooms,

each named after a prominent Napa Valley

winery. Highlighting the Conference Center is

the 5,200 square-foot Silverado Ballroom, an

elegant combination of French doors,

sparkling chandeliers, soaring windows and

15-foot ceilings which can be divided into four

separate, soundproof sections.

Three magnificent venues provide scenic

outdoor alternatives. Adjacent to the Ballroom

is the Fairway Deck, with 4,290 square feet of

covered outdoor space, sweeping mountain

and golf course views. The Arbor, a brick-paved

outdoor courtyard, is favored for its versatility

and convenient proximity to the Conference

Center’s meeting rooms. Nearby, the Grove’s

delightful setting amidst stately oak, pine and

redwood trees is popular for

receptions, barbeque cookouts and

special events up to 1,500 guests.

For smaller meetings, a recent

multi-million dollar renovation

has enhanced a junior ballroom,

nine breakout rooms and four

intimate boardrooms, each modernized with

sophisticated décor and technology.

Silverado’s comprehensive group amenities

also include an onsite Multimedia department

to manage all audio-visual and lighting services,

a dedicated banquet kitchen and creative

catering services team to coordinate event

menus, décor and entertainment.

Resort-wide wireless internet access and a full

service Business Center with a computer work

station, fax, copy, and shipping services allows
