Compressed air supplyEnsures rapid moisture evaporation,highly directional sprays with no risk ofdrips. The JetSpray uses at least 30% lesscompressed air than any other air andwater atomising humidifier.

Water supplyThe JetSpray can operate on any potablewater quality without the need for ademineralised supply, minimising waterconsumption.

The combination of compressed air andwater allows the JetSpray to providerapid moisture evaporation without the risk of wetting or drips.

The JetSpray is available in 60L/h and 600L/h capacity models. The600L/h model is available with on/offcontrol or fully modulating 0-100%output for highly accurate +/-2%RH humidity control.

Self-cleaning nozzles enable thehumidifier to work with any potablewater quality without the need for ademineralised supply. Its fan-freedesign ensures robust operation indirty, dusty industrial environmentswith minimal maintenance.

Humidity sensorA single in-room humidistat or up to threeaveraging sensors can be used to monitorroom conditions and provide accuratehumidity control.

PureFlo Ag+ silver ion water treatmentSilver is a powerful bacteriostatic agentwith residual effects throughout the pipe work, promoting hygienic operation.UV water treatment is also available as an option.

Why use compressed air?A compressed air and water humidifieroffers guaranteed evaporation of themoisture into the atmosphere withoutany potential risk of drips. By forcingthe water to mix with the air underpressure the sprays produced arerapidly absorbed and highly directional.

This makes the JetSpray ideal for coldtemperature applications, such as coldstores and freezers, where the ambienthumidity is often high andhumidification less readily absorbed bythe air.

As no fan unit is required to encourageevaporation, the JetSpray can reliablybe used in very dusty and dirtyindustrial environments withoutfrequent maintenance.

Low maintenanceThe JetSpray nozzle contains a self-cleaning mechanism that preventsblockages. A pin is forced through thenozzle orifice whenever the spray stopsand is pushed back by the waterpressure during operation. Unlikepiston driven nozzle systems nolubrication of this mechanism is everrequired and the only necessarymaintenance of the nozzle line is tooccasionally wipe the air caps toremove dust.

The nozzles are so robust in operationthey carry a 10-year warranty.

Easy to installThe JetSpray humidifier can beinstalled by any competent mechanicalcontractor. It incorporates standardplumbing fittings and pipe work, anddoesn’t need any special tools forinstallation. The system can be suppliedwith stainless steel, copper or plasticpipe work.

Consistent and accurate humidity controlUnlike spot humidifiers that deliverhigh humidification outputs to thelocal area and rely on air movement todisperse the humidity, the JetSprayevenly introduces moisture across aroom. The nozzles are strategicallypositioned to consistently spread thehumidification with no areas of high orlow humidity.

A fully modulating JetSpray provides 0-100% output enabling the humidifierto maintain more accurate humiditycontrol than on/off systems at +/-2%RH.

Hygienic operationThe JetSpray is a sealed system with no open water tanks, minimising therisk of water contamination. Automaticpurge and flush cycles ensure watercannot remain in the pipelines to stagnate. An air run-on featureleaves the pipe work dry at the end ofthe cycle.

PureFlo Ag+ silver ion water treatmentis incorporated on the incoming water supply line. This is abacteriostatic agent with residualeffects throughout the pipe work,promoting hygienic operation.

50% less water consumptionThe JetSpray can be operated on anytype of potable water supply. Thisreduces water consumption by up to50% compared to other sprayhumidifiers that need demineralisedand softened water to preventblockages at the nozzle.

30% less air consumptionUnlike other air and water sprayhumidifiers that use the air pressure topush back the self-cleaning pinmechanism, the JetSpray nozzle usesthe water pressure. This results in alower required air pressure and a 30%reduction in compressed airconsumption compared to other airand water systems.

Low energy & evaporative coolingIn comparison to electric steamhumidifiers the JetSpray consumes90% less electrical energy to deliver thesame amount of humidification. Ratherthan an electric heat source, thethermal energy of the air is used toevaporate the moisture. As well ashumidification this causes an adiabaticcooling effect. For every kg ofhumidification approximately 680W ofadiabatic cooling is also delivered,which can be a welcome benefit in ahot manufacturing environment.
