About Dash Lodge

The completion of Dash Lodge’s construction in 2012 ushers in a new era of quality accommodation in Bloemfontein. Dash Lodge provides temporary lodging by creating a differentiated experience capitalizing on personal service.

Dash Lodge is newly built in a contemporary style and Guests can enjoy the comforts of home away from home. All of our guest rooms have ensuite bathrooms. A spacious lounge and dining area ensures our patrons enjoy a delicious morning breakfast or afternoon tea.

The lodge offers hospitality, warmth, tranquility, and delicious food, for both leisure and business travelers.

We plan to create an environment of pampered luxury that surpasses the standard fare for people.

Our Mission

The mission of Dash Lodge is to become the best choice in Bloemfontein for temporary lodging by expanding our exposure via the Internet ( with multiple networks and links), we plan to be more than a Lodge. We plan to create an environment of pampered luxury that surpasses the standard fare for Bloemfontein and The Free State province as a whole.

The Dash Lodge guest will have every need met to ensure his/her comfort. For special occasions, catered meals, chilled wine, etc. can be provided for an additional stipend.

Objectives

Demonstrate a minimum of 65% occupancy averaged throughout Year 1. Increase exposure and market using Internet technology and direct advertising.

Increase Off-season use by divesting into other uses for property (cater parties, receptions, weddings, etc.)

The Dash Lodge building has undergone a number of restorations to give it a unique Avant-Garde feel. Dash Lodge offers Accommodation, Catering, Conference Facilities.

Creating a “home away from home’ which is often more beautiful and palatial than where they are traveling from will ensure many return customers. In addition to providing information about such tourist locations, we plan to collaborate with tour agencies and businesses throughout the area by offering packages and special rates.

The lodge finds itself within walking distance of hospitals, UFS and the CUT. Museums, Theaters and Art Galleries are only 10 minutes away. A variety of malls, churches, function venues, etc. are within close proximity.

Close by one can also find the sport stadiums, a 4 x 4 outdoor adventure course and wildlife experiences like the Cheetah experience and Bloemfontein Zoo.

The Lodge provides a shuttle service and will also assist our guests in finding suitable transport to and from their destinations.

Dash is approximately 15 minutes from The Bloemfontein Airport
