relying on the founders' experience, which extends to 15 years in the following services:

Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Ultrasonic non-destructive testing, also known as UT, is a method of characterizing the
thickness or internal structure of a test piece through the use of high frequency sound
waves.
Radiographic Testing (RT) Radiographic Testing (RT) is the most commonly known non-destructive test method.
Radiology can be used to obtain permanent image of surface and sub-surface .. X Ray –
Gamma Ray.
Magnetic Particle Testing Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) is used for the detection of surface and near-surface flaws in
ferromagnetic materials.

Liquid Penetrate Testing (PT) The Liquid Penetrant Test is one of the oldest methods of non-destructive testing. The method
relies on a penetrant seeping into a discontinuity. It is applicable only to surface openings. It is
applicable to all homogeneous materials except those of a generally porous nature where penetrant
would seep into and leak from the entire surface. Penetrant testing is therefore best adapted to
inspection of all types of surface cracks, porosity, laminations, and lack of bond at exposed edges of
joined materials, and of leaks in tubing, tanks, welds.
Visual and Optical Testing (VT) Probably the oldest and most common method of NDT is visual examination, which has
numerous industrial and commercial applications. Examiners follow procedures ranging
from simple to very complex, some of which involve comparison of workmanship samples
with production parts. Visual techniques are used with all other NDT methods.
By use of many different gauges, micrometers, calipers, rulers, Magnifying glasses,
Flashlights, & Tape measures, remote video proscope, and surface conditioning equipment,
we provide both lab and field visual inspection services.
Eddy Current Testing (ET) Periodically, power plants are Inspectors feed eddy current probes into heat exchanger
tubes to check for corrosion damage. shutdown for inspection.

TOFD-Lite Testing The ToFD-Lite is a portable single channel system designed to inspect tank, pipe and vessel
welds. The system includes H and A frames to cover a range of weld thickness and
applications. 5 MHz and 10 MHz probes. 45, 60 and 70 degree angled wedges. H and A
Frame configuration.
R-Scan-Lite Testing The R-Scan is a manual, dry coupled B-scan ultrasonic scanner which can be used on a wide variety
of assets ranging from 2-inch (50 mm) diameter pipe up to a flat surface.
360 degrees In service corrosion profiling. Ideal for remote locations, (no couplant required).
Inspect a variety of surfaces including pipes and elbows.
Phased array Testing One or more phased array ultrasonic probes in the shape of conical section arcs, . At any
given moment, these beams strike the tube at a single small entry zone from number of
different directions. After being refracted at the inspection angle corresponding to the fixed
angle of incidence, defects having longitudinal, transverse and oblique orientations are
detected in the three-dimensional volume of the tube wall.

IRATA rope access NDT The IRATA System - Values and Purposes
The Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA International) includes within its
membership operating companies who employ the technicians(NDT-UT-VT-MT-PT) who
have learned their skills from the training companies of the Association. Unlike many trade
associations it is not dominated and therefore influenced purely by manufacturers from its
business sector. The teaching of the IRATA syllabus enables rope access technicians to
progress through three Levels of proficiency, with certification issued at each level. The
IRATA technician carries a card that is recognized and admired around the world for its
importance and value.
