INTRODUCTION
ON4THE %O/ TRAINING is one .ay by .hich .e students are given an opportunity to
apply the theories and computation that .e have learned from school' It also helps is to obtain
applicable -no.ledge and s-ills by performing actual .or- setting' Colleges and universities
re$uire their students to undergo such training .ithin a specific numbers of hours as part of the
curriculum'
For us students, "(T program provides opportunities to go through the actual
methodologies of a specific !ob using the real tools, e$uipments, and documents' In effect, the
.or- place becomes a development venue for us studentAs trainee to learn more about chosen
field and practice .hat .e have learned from academy'
@e trainees can bring fresh ideas into the organi>ation' 3iven the opportunities to
converse our minds freely and .ithout fee, .e may be able to contribute significantly in
brainstorming sessions or research and eventually help improve the organi>ation productivity'

In all disciplinary cases, a charge must be made in .riting and the studentsE concerned
must be provided .ith a copy of the .ritten charge' The offense shall be punishable .hen
committed on+campus, during duly authori>ed off+campus activities, or at any time the student is
in school uniform, or has represented himself or herself as a student of CCPF' The College Dean
shall conduct a conference .herein the charge and defense shall be proven' Parents or guardians
concerned shall be notified of the conference' The conference shall be machine recorded, and a
transcript may be made available on re$uest of the parties'
The College Dean shall be responsible for deciding all disciplinary cases' %ny decision
shall be based on proof presented at the conference' The Dean shall determine the duration? of
the punishment, ta-ing into consideration damage to persons and property, the character of the
student, and other circumstances' The decision of the College Dean in disciplinary cases
involving minor and less grave offenses shall be final' Decisions in disciplinary cases involving
grave offenses may be appealed to a disciplinary committee created for the appeal, and headed
by the School President Decisions of the disciplinary committee shall be final'

@hile observing at ompyuteran' I have been able to give an observation on the shop layout'
There are // computers in the lab .hile the carpet color is mi&ed .ith blue, gray, violet, and tan'
There are / printer in .hich everyone shares' The .indo.s on the east side of the lab are facing
the outdoors .ere the costumers are able to loo- out if they choose' The north .all has an
entrance to the shop assistantLs office' The south .all does not have anything but a bulletin board
.ith nothing posted on it' There are t.o doors to come in and out of the shop both on the .est
side of the lab' The shop is bright because it has plenty of lights' I can hear costumers tal-ing
about their assignments that they are .or-ing' I can also hear $uite a bit of typing going on in the
shop' The lab smells li-e a doctors office to me'
veryone in the shop has his or her o.n -ind of doing' The shop assistantLs responsibility is to
assist anyone that is having technical difficulties .ith their computer or printer' In my

learned at ompyuteran, being absent is better than being late' Being absent can be a cause of
emergency situations li-e sic-ness, unpredicted travels and phenomena, .hile, being late is a
cause of misbehavior and unable to manage the time'2astly, I learned that on+the+!ob training is
not !ust only a sub!ect to be passed or a re$uirement to be completed but on+the+!ob training is an
opportunity to sho. .hat s-ills, talents and techni$ues that the student learned from the school
and also an opportunity to e&perience the life outside the campus serving companies li-e a

The training served as the stepping stone of the trainees to the real life of a Computer
Technology' It served as the beginning the real life of being an employee' I have reali>ed that
learning is a lifetime commitment that is continues even you already have a !ob' The training
gave the students more initiative to their chosen career' The students .ere more encouraged to
pursue the CTN course' I inspired the trainees to enhance their s-ills and -no.ledge in the field
of CTN' The trainees .ere given some ideas .hat could be the feeling or situation being an
employee' The training enriched their individuality as a beginner and created the foundation f
being a good .or-er' The best thing that I have gained inside the company .as the good
orientation of the person having the higher positions' %s a Computer Technology student, the
"(T made me reali>e the importance of the course that I am ta-ing' It made me reali>e the
essential role of a mechanical engineer in a company' 1echanical engineering can ta-e the .or-
of electrical and civil engineering, but, no other course can ta-es place the .or- of Computer
technologyst in a company' To be a competent one, not only an technician must understand theprocess and the underlying principles but also be -no.ledgeable of the operation of certain
e$uipmentAs that carry out the process' % Computer Technology must also possess good
communication and leadership s-ill'

the future' Because "n+The+(ob Training prepare us to the real .or- and by ta-ing this it can
helps us to enhance our personal s-ills as .ell as our attitude that .e really need if .e .ere
going to apply in real .or-place'

The ompyuteran created a good service to their clients and gave the best training for the
students' The students must have a good company that .ould give them a good training ground
and .ould enhance their -no.ledge and capabilities' The Shop must have the good coordination
for some companies that offer an annual "n the (ob Training inside their shop' The school should
provide more budgets given to the "(T coordinators to have the best monitoring of the training
the students are ta-ing' "ne of the best .ays of training is the provincial trainings that .ould
give different e&periences to the trainees' %n out of to.n training .ould give more self esteem to
the students' "(T have their preferred pre+re$uisite sub!ects that once not ta-en .ould give a big
effect to the arrangement of the studentAs sub!ects' Instead of the regular schedule of years of
studying, once being affected by the pre+re$uisite sub!ects, the students .ould .aste some of the
time spending for the sub!ects affected by the "(T' For the company, they should give more
