With Chase Commercial Online’s ACH Payments Service, you can easily make a one-time payment or schedule repeating payments to a single payee or payee group.1

Step

1Click “Send Payments,” the click “ACH Payments.” option, and then choose “Add ACH Payee(s).” Follow the instructions provided.

Step

2Begin adding your payee information one of two ways:

• Add your payee’s name, and then click “Next” to add your payee’s bank information. Verify the information is correct, and then click “Add Payee.”

Or

• Build your payee list by uploading a text file of payee records from your computer. To view a sample file, click the “Download a sample file” link.

After you upload a text file, preview the list and then click “Add Payees.”

Note: You’ll need to know the ABA routing number of the payee’s bank and whether the account is a checking account or savings account.

3After you submit a request, the next screen you immediately see will include a confirmation message that your payee has been successfully added.

1From the Sent Payments tab, select the ACH Payments option, and then choose “Schedule ACH Payments” or “Repeating Payments.”

2Click next to the name of the payee or group of payees you want to pay.

For repeating payments, you can schedule only one repeating payment for a single payee at a time.

Note: you can schedule payments for up to 45 payees at one time.

3AWhen scheduling a one-time payment to a single payee or group of payees, complete all the necessary information for each payee. The “Deliver By” date can be for the next business day or a date up to one year in the future. Click “Next.”

Verify the information you’ve entered is correct, and then click “Schedule Payment.”

The next screen displays a message confirmation that your payment has been successfully scheduled.

3bWhen scheduling a repeating payment, complete all the necessary fields for the payee you’ve selected. Click “Next.”

Review, sort, chance or cancel recently schedule ACH Payments.

1From the Sent Payment tab, select ACH Payments and choose “ACH Payment Activity.”

2Review, sort, change or cancel your recently scheduled payments.
