Our innovative new Y section inner waterway, has been designed specifi cally to achieve the best heat transfer result, coupled with a reduced internal boiler pressure, resulting in a cleaner start up. These new heat exchanger inners have also been upgraded to 5mm thick to give a better life span.

The Mistral Outdoor Range

The Mistral Outdoor range is the largest available in the UK, and

has grown consistently in popularity over the last 5 years.

This is the ideal solution for those applications where space is at a

premium.

All models are self contained weather resistant units, which are

pre-treated, zinc phosphated for corrosion protection, then

polyester coated in a durable green texture, allowing them to

blend naturally with their external surroundings.

They are simple to install, have multiple access points for pipework

/ electrics, and come complete with control stat, high limit and

frost stat. (no frost stat on combi)

The Mistral Kwic Loc Balanced Flue System

The Mistral KWIC - LOC balanced fl ue system has been designed to ensure a smooth and easy assembly operation can take place, by utilizing the o ring seals which allow the parts to simply slide together, thereby saving valuable installation time.The system is suitable for a variety of applications, and come in varying lengths for your convenience.

NOTES:

Suitable for condensing and non condensing applications

Can be fi tted to all standard and combi boilers manufactured by Mistral, except outdoor models, which are supplied with their own fl ue.

All our units are now multi - directional, and are contained within the casing, to improve the cosmetic appearance and help retain effi ciency.

If the dimensions are close, we recommend you order a 150mm extension, which will ensure a good seal, and help to retain fl ue strength.

The fl ue system covers 2 ranges of products, identical, except for the diameter.

Please note that the products are extremely heavy, and great care should be taken when moving appliances around. Specialist equipment should be used where possible, and a full risk assessment, and plan of action should be undertaken, prior to purchase to avoid any injury.

Mistral have been manufacturing Sedbuk A rated, high effi ciency boilers for a number of years. We have used our experience in this fi eld to create our new Y section inner heat exchanger. These have been tested considerably over the last 2 years, and have been very well received.

The unique Y section central waterway design feature, allows excellent heat transfer to take place, particularly in the lower chamber, which reduces the pressure build up normally associated with, non central waterway heat exchangers. The baffl es therefore, can be made to a greater tolerance, allowing for a much better overall running performance, smoother start-up, and cleaner combustion.

Baffl es on non central waterway heat exchangers, usually have to be extremely tight to attain higher effi ciencies, therefore increasing the likelihood of soot build up in the chamber.
