My team and I are so happy to welcome you to our apartment! We also love to travel and have stayed in more than 100 Airbnb’s in more than 50 countries. Inspired by many of the wonderful stays we had, we began hosting people professionally here in Columbus in 2019. We believe new experiences build character and community, and we take pride in the personal touch we give each of our properties and guests.

Franklinton • Page 6Central Ohio’s first settlement location, now the center for the city’s maker culture and independent art scene. Late night events in industrial spaces, and casual dining experiences.

German Village • Page 7South of Downtown, the most atmospheric neighborhood in the Midwest. Built by German settlers in the 1800’s with loving restored brick houses, shops, and streets; full of historic charm and modern amenities.

Short North • Page 8North of Downtown, the neighborhood is filled with art galleries, local boutiques, and hip restaurants and bars. The district is the hub of the local art scene, featuring shopping experiences like clothing, home or baked goods and high-end Italian dining or Thai food experiences.

Olde Towne East • Page 9A neighborhood located in the historic Near East Side of Columbus, Ohio nestled between Downtown, Franklin Park, Old Oaks, and King-Lincoln. The area has over 1,000 homes, some as old as the 1830s, and more than 50 architectural styles including Italianate, Queen Anne and Victorian.
