COLUMBIA BANK APPOINTS JENNIFER CANESSA AS RETAIL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER IN ASTORIA Astoria, Ore. (Jan. X, 2013) –Columbia Bank announces the promotion of Jennifer Canessa as retail relationship manager at the Astoria branch. In her position, Jennifer will partner with branch managers to help cultivate relationships, both new and existing, to develop new business opportunities within the Astoria, Warrenton and Seaside market areas. Jennifer previously served as a commercial banking officer for Columbia Bank for seven years, during which she developed and maintained client relationships and managed a complex loan portfolio. She will utilize her 23 years of banking expertise in small business lending to serve clients throughout the Clatsop County region. Outside of the bank, Jennifer volunteers much of her spare time to the local Astoria community, as a board member and committee chair for the Columbia Memorial Hospital Foundation, and member of both AstoriaWarrenton Chamber Ambassadors and the Astoria Women’s Executive Group. Astoria, Ore. (Jan. X, 2013) –Columbia Bank announces the promotion of Jennifer Canessa as retail

relationship manager at the Astoria branch. In her position, Jennifer will partner with branch managers
