Il Colmic Joint Line è un sistema di riferimento che permette di allineare le sezioni sull’asse di maggiore rigidità. Questo sistema è di particolare importanza sulle RBS dove la rigidità è di primaria importanza. Con il Joint Line si aumenta la rigidità del 12%.

The Colmic Joint Line is a reference system which allows to align all section on the main rigid axis. This is mainly important on poles because of the big importance of its stiffness. Joint Line increases the stiffness of the 12%.

Sono particolari trattamenti superficiali del carbonio che rende le sezioni porose, riducendo notevolmente l’attrito sulle sezioni stesse, tutto ciò si traduce in una maggiore scorrevolezza pescando con la roubaisienne.

This is a surface treatment of carbon designed to give the sections a porous finish which minimizes the line friction on the rod or pole. This results in superior casting performance and improved pole sliding. In case of rain or humidity it makes the line not to stick on the rod.

U.L.A.F. PRO FORCE è un particolare processo di stratificazione che crea una sottilissima membrana (o lamina) di carbonio composta da fibre orientate in tre direzioni. Lo speciale orientamento e l’esclusiva resina Filler Inside ad alta densità, già impiegata per l’impregnazione del carbonio U.L.A.F. donano una elasticità superiore, riducendo il peso che fino ad oggi era necessario per aumentare la capacità di assorbire urti.

PRO FORCE U.L.A.F. is a special process of stratification that creates a superfine membrane (or foil) of carbon composed of fibres arranged in three different directions. This particular orientation and the exclusive high-density Filler Inside resin, already utilized for the impregnation of the Ultra-Light Aerospace Fibre carbon, yield greater flexibility, reducing the weight that was previously required to boost the shock-absorbing capacity.

Questa sigla sta’ ad evidenziare la particolare forma della parte terminale dell’attrezzo: infatti l’impugnatura è stata disegnata appositamente per una presa ancora più rapida, intuitiva ed ergonomica. Altro elemento importante di questa innovazione, è il perfetto collegamento tra parte verniciata e parte in neoprene senza nessuna variazione di diametro, caratteristica che rende ancor più ottimale la presa in generale. La qualità è fatta anche di piccoli particolari. . . .noi di Colmic lo sappiamo!

This abbreviation is used to highlight the particular shape of the end part of this handle: in fact, the grip has been specifically designed for a secure, intuitive and ergonomic handhold. On the butt base area in question we have applied a solid neoprene coating, which permits a better grip of the rod, avoiding any sliding away from the hands even under total wet conditions. Another important element of this innovation is the perfect link between the painted parts and the neoprene parts without any change to the diameter. This characteristic offers an even more optimal grip in general. Quality is made of small details. And Colmic knows it!

Alla base di tutte le sezioni sono state applicate delle lamine in titanio per aumentarne la resistenza in compressione. Titanium Joint rende ogni sezione più robusta senza aggiungere pesi in eccesso.

At the base of all sections have been wrapped Titanium foil layers, that increase the resistance to compression. The Titanium Joint Part system make every section stronger without adding weight in excess.

Sono delle mini estensioni di altissima qualità che garantiscono un’impugnatura in assoluta sicurezza, studiate per essere usate su tutti gli elementi delle roubaisienne a partire dalla 4 sezione. Raccomandiamo il pescatore di usare le mini butt per evitare spiacevoli rotture delle sezioni.

Mini butts are high quality mini extensions that assure a very secure grip, mini butts fit to all the RBS pieces from the 4th section on. We recommend the angler to use the mini butt in order to minimize the risk of section breaks.

Tutte le mini prolunghe sono dotate di protezioni in Neoprene da entrambe le estremità. Queste protezioni consentono di velocizzare le operazione di innesto e disinnesto delle sezioni, di prevenire rotture accidentali e smussare il profilo dell’innesto delle Mini Butt con eliminazione del profilo a taglio.

All the mini extensions are gifted with Neoprene protection on both extremities. This protection permits to speed up the section en¬gagement and disengagement operations, prevent accidental brea¬kage during the recovery phase, soften the Mini Butt section shape, allowing rapid deployment

La Performance Section è studiata per ottenere il massimo del sopra base della roubaisienne sia a 13,00mt che a 11,50mt. Utilizzo dei migliori materiali senza influire su di essi con passaggi di levigatura, verniciatura ed etichettatura, che forse migliorano l’estetica ma ne peggiorano notevolemente il rendimento in pesca (le fasi

sopracitate aumento il peso della sezione di circa 30gr che penalizzano la rigidità e le prestazioni della sezione stessa).

The aim here is to obtain the best in term of performances from the second section of the 13.00mt and 11.50mt poles. In order to reach the best performances we focused on the quality of the materials avoiding all those manufacturing processes that give a better outfit but on the other hand they affect the performances. The finishing process can increase

the weight of a section up to 30gr so affecting the stiffness and the performances of the section.

Le Multi Butt sono sicuramente un attrezzo di grande utilità. In una canna a 13.00mt la Multi Butt specifica servirà non solo come base a 13.00mt, ma potrà essere utilizzata anche come base a 11.50mt, e con migliori prestazioni. La Multi Butt per la 11.50mt potrà essere ugualmente utilizzata anche come base a 10mt. Questo particolare accorgimento, ci consentirà in primo luogo di ottenere una roubaisienne con prestazioni elevatissime e ci darà quella sicurezza che non avremo mai pescando direttamente con il soprabase.

These multipurpose butts are certainly of great use. With a 13.00mt pole it can serve as butt both at 13.00mt and at 11.50mt length with even better performances. Instead with a 11.50mt pole it can indiffe¬rently be used at 11.50mt length and at 10.00mt length. This tool will increase the performances of your RBS and it will also give you much safety more than fishing directly with the second section.

Si trova su tutte le seconde sezioni che supportano i filler tip e su tutte le 3° sezioni match. L’area rinforzata serve per creare un foro, senza danneggiare la sezione, dove si può applicare lo stripper.

You find the reinforced area in all the 2th sections supporting Filler tip and in all the 3th match sections. The function of the reinforced area is to avoid damaging the section in rilling the whole where to put the stripper.

Since 2006 many things changed regarding the the development, projecting and building of pole rod, but our main target is still the same, providing absolutely reliable, top performing and all-round poles able to last for a long time, both under a physical and economical point of view.Colmic pole rods are some of the most requested on the market today, not only the brand new products from the factory but also the second and even the third hand ones. Is common opinion these days our poles are the less sensible to devaluation and are the most request on the growing market of the second hand tackles.This also thanks to the much better durability of the materials and for the compatibility of the spare parts since a long while ago.To develop and carry out the project of a light, stiff , reliable and at the same time perfectly balanced real length 13 meters pole rod has always been and ambitious concept only very few ones have been able to achieve. Our technical staff is always doing this, trying to make a better and better product all the time when ever the technical enhancement allow to achieve this. For us at Colmic is very important the final user will focus on the full weight of the fully extended pole instead of the weight of the pole broken down in its own bottom part, what will follow should be pretty clear and understandable. For example let’s consider a match where 150 fish are caught on the 13 mts pole and let’s figure how many time the pole is lifted. Making a quick approximate calculation , without considering the blank strikes and the time we will simply lft the pole from the front bar, we will lift the rod at least 150 times to ship out the rig and 150 times to strike. Let’s consider now to have a pole that with the fulcrum at 50 cms from the rod butt will result of a lifting weight of 8 kg, “if math is not an opinion but an exact science” during a match we will lift the equivalent of 8 kg for 300 lift up, approximately 2400 kg ! This is the point, if you think how much this weight could affect our muscular and skeletal system you will understand how all this is relevant for our health. This is the reason why Colmic beside of spending a lot of time on the development of new project and materials put a great effort in studying and analyzing the dynamic and weights distribution. This year a Colmic pole will weight an average of 0.8 kg less in balancing, that is the equivalent 7.2 kg instead of 8.0 kg of lifting weight based on the above calculation.Finally, on the same formula above, you will lift 240 kg less than before (0.8 x 300 = 2400 kg).We could cite several other and different fishing situations (like for example surface fishing, the rig lift up to re-ship out, or fast current situations that will imply short and multiple drifts) where the lift up will become 600/800 ones during a 3 hours match, but we are sure that the “balancing” issue is now more clear and prevalent and to be not ignored. Not going any further we want just to outline that for us to make a pole rod is a matter of prestige and pride, a way to let everybody appreciate our work and to show everybody how much “soul and brain” we put in everything we do, from the simplest to the more skillful thing.

Dal 2006 ad oggi, per quanto riguarda la costruzione di roubaisienne, molte cose sono cambiate a livello di studio, progetto e realizzazione, ma il nostro obiettivo primario è rimasto sempre lo stesso, e cioè quello di realizzare attrezzi sempre più affidabili, performanti e polivalenti, che siano in grado di resistere nel tempo, sia dal punto di vista fisico che economico. Le roubaisienne Colmic sono attualmente tra le più richieste sul mercato, e questo dato non si limita soltanto al prodotto nuovo di fabbrica, ma bensì anche a quello di seconda o terza mano. Infatti, è ormai evidente agli occhi di chiunque, come i nostri attrezzi subiscano una svalutazione inferiore rispetto agli altri e quanto siano i più ricercati sul sempre più frequentato banco dell’usato. Tutto questo, grazie anche ad una maggior durevolezza dei materiali utilizzati e ad una compatibilità di ricambi che non ha mai cessato di esistere.Realizzare una canna roubaisienne di 13 metri esatti, che fosse leggera, rigida, affidabile e al tempo stesso perfettamente equilibrata, è sempre stato un concetto molto ambizioso che solo in pochi sono stati in grado di concretizzare. Ebbene, il nostro staff tecnico sta praticamente facendo questo da sempre, cercando di migliorare continuamente il prodotto, laddove ci sono i margini e gli spazi per poterlo fare. Per noi di Colmic, è di basilare importanza accentrare l’attenzione del pubblico sul peso della roubasienne in completa estensione, anziché sul peso della canna racchiusa nella sua base, e quanto andremo qui di seguito a spiegare dovrebbe risultare piuttosto chiaro.Prendiamo ad esempio una competizione dove sono previste 150 catture con la canna a 13 mt, e cerchiamo di quantificare le volte durante le quali la canna viene sollevata. Facendo un rapido calcolo approssimativo, senza contare le ferrate a vuoto ed i momenti in cui terremo la roubaisienne sollevata dalla barra, avremo alzato la canna 150 volte per stendere la lenza e altre 150 volte per ferrare sulla mangiata del pesce. Supponiamo ora di avere in mano un attrezzo che pesa con fulcro a 50 cm dalla sua base (zona d’impugnatura), circa 8 kg. Se la matematica non è un opinione, durante l’arco di una gara di tre ore avremo sollevato 8 kg x 300 volte, e cioè circa 2400 kg complessivi.Il punto dove volevamo arrivare è proprio questo, poiché se pensate a quanto questi pesi possano gravare sull’apparato muscoloscheletrico, capirete anche quanto tutto questo sia rilevante per la nostre salute. E’ questo il motivo per cui Colmic, oltre che dedicarsi allo sviluppo di nuovi progetti e materiali, impiega gran parte del suo impegno allo studio della dinamica e distribuzione del peso. Ebbene, quest’anno una roubaisienne Colmic pesa mediamente 0.8 kg in meno in bilanciatura, e cioè 7,2 kg anziché 8.0 kg come dall’esempio riportato sopra. Concludendo, e sempre con l’ausilio della stessa formula, avrete sollevato ben 240 kg in meno rispetto al passato (0.8 kg x 300 = 240 kg). Potremmo citare tanti altri casi (come ad esempio la pesca di galla, le alzate di lenza con rimessa in pesca o le forti correnti che implicano passate brevi e ripetute) dove questi sollevamenti potrebbero arrivare anche a 600/800 durante le tre ore, ma siamo comunque convinti che adesso la questione “bilanciatura” sia molto più chiara e assolutamente da non trascurare. Senza dilungarci oltre, lasciateci solo aggiungere che per noi realizzare una canna roubaisienne è soprattutto una questione di prestigio: un mezzo per far apprezzare il nostro lavoro e per dimostrare a tutti, quanto cuore e quanto cervello mettiamo in ogni cosa che facciamo, dalla più complessa alla più semplice. Un sincero grazie quindi, a chi capisce e apprezza il nostro impegno.

La 11022 è un attrezzo studiato appositamente per l’agonista più esigente che desidera il massimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Tutte queste caratteristiche, sommate le une alle altre, ci hanno restituito un attrezzo il cui peso in bilanciatura con il fulcro a 50 cm risulta di ben 950 gr più leggero rispetto a quanto di meglio abbiamo mai realizzato finora mantenendo una rigidità assoluta ed un’affidabilità eccellente. Chiamarla fuoriserie non è un esagerazione, ma un dato di fatto.

The 11022 rod is an ultralight pole with two butt sections; it is located at the top of the light math category. The new productive processes together with the newest materials have contributed to realize this project, which has been considered impossible by many. The 11022 is suitable for the most demanding agonist who desired the maximum from every point of view. All these features give us back a tackle with its weight’s balance with the center at 50 cm., as a result it is lighter 950 gr than the best we ever realized, keeping an absolute reliability and an excellent trust. Per ottenere questo, abbiamo costruito i mandrini del kit con una tripla conicità, e lo abbiamo allungato mantenendo gli stessi diametri dello scorso anno. L’allungamento dei kit e l’utilizzo di nuovi materiali, hanno consentito quindi di spostare il baricentro più vicino alla base della canna, con una conseguente riduzione del peso in bilanciatura. Per verificare tali migliorie risulta fondamentale effettuare i confronti di rito con la mini prolunga inserita, e cioè proprio in quella fase che era ritenuta fino ad oggi la più critica. Il peso in bilanciatura della 9033 con il fulcro a 50 cm è inferiore di 350 grammi rispetto alla 8033 canna top della collezione 2015.

It is a pole with three butt sections; it is at the top of its all-round category. The news of this project consists in a weight reduction in the balancing; increasing the rigidity, keeping unchanged the global reliability of the tool. In order to obtain this we have built the kit’s mandrins with a major comicalness, together with using new materials whose contribute to move the center of gravity nearer the base of the rod with a consequence of weight reduction. The weight in the balancing of the 9033 with its cg at 50 cm is lower to 350 grams in comparison to 9033 pole located at the top of the collection in 2015.

The 8022 is a pole with two parallel bases, it’s at the top of the category all-round. As the 9033, the innovative thing of this project it consists in the reduction of the weight in the balancing and a rigidity increase, leaving the reliability of the tools unchanged. To obtain this, we have built the kit mandrins with a triple conicalness, keeping the same diameters of the last year. The kits lengthening and the use of new materials contribute to move the center of gravity nearer to the rod base and consequently there is a weight reduction in the balancing. These improvements must be verified with the mini extension inserted. The balancing weight of 8022with the center at 50 cm is inferior of 550 grams than the 7522 considered at the top of the collection in 2015.

Costruita sugli stessi mandrini della Gemini 500, la Vulcan è stata assemblata con materiali più modesti, ma certamente non meno resistenti. Questa canna si caratterizza proprio per un elevato compromesso tra qualità e costo, dal momento che non esiste sul mercato un attrezzo con queste caratteristiche, ad un prezzo così basso. Specimen, carpisti per diletto o amatori in genere, non potranno far altro che apprezzare un oggetto del genere.

Questa roubaisienne Colmic, è stata testata in anteprima dai nostri specimen anglosassoni e francesi, direttamente nei loro carpodromi e bacini naturali. Le prove di stress alle quali è stata sottoposta, sono state estreme e non sono mancati i combattimenti con pesci di 15 kg ed oltre. Ovviamente, durante i test, gli elastici ed i nylon utilizzati, sono stati a dir poco mostruosi, esattamente al pari dei pesci salpati.

Da qualche anno ormai, in casa Colmic stiamo progredendo in tal senso, e cioè cerchiamo di rendere le nostre canne in tre sezioni sempre più leggere e più facili da usare, senza per questo infierire sulla potenza e sulle prestazioni dell’attrezzo. La nuova Nustar è in pratica la sintesi di questo concetto, poiché riesce a far collimare perfettamente doti di potenza con quelle di estrema maneggevolezza. In the past in the surf casting technique passing from a telescopic rod to a multi piece one was pretty traumatic, indeed lots of multi piece rods were too heavy, too stiff and definitely not easy to manage. Il surfcaster che decide di passare dalla telescopica alla canna ad innesti, finisce molto spesso per acquistare un attrezzo che sfrutterà solo al 50%. Questa combinazione di proprietà porta ad un'eccellente resistenza agli shock termici, ad un’alta capacità di sopportare elevati carichi strutturali ad alta temperatura e soprattutto ad un’eccellente resistenza all'usura. Il Nitruro di silicio è in gran parte utilizzato in applicazioni ad alta resistenza e ad alta temperatura, come turbine a gas, parti di motori per auto, cuscinetti e lavorazione dei metalli e utensili da taglio. Cuscinetti di nitruro di silicio sono usati nei principali motori di navette spaziali della NASA.

These new Fuji guides denominated as “Heavy Duty Boat Rod” are mounted both on the “Oneway” and “Twist” rods. Besides, we have chosen to assemble these guides with another Fuji innovation: Ceramic stones SIN_II produced in Silicon Nitride, which is a rigid ceramic having:

The combination of these properties leads to an excellent thermal shock resistance, a good ability to tolerate elevated structural loads at high temperature and most important of all, an excellent resistance to wearing. Silicon nitride is mostly used in high-endurance and hightemperature applications, such as gas turbines, car engine parts, bearings, metalworking and cutting tools. Silicon nitride bearings are used in most of the NASA’s Space shuttles engines.

Questo manico per guadino, è stato appositamente studiato per affrontare le situazioni di pesca più estreme . Strutturato in 3/4 sezioni, la prima telescopica e le altre ad innesti. La boccola è costruita in alluminio anodizzato ed è rivestita internamente in ottone; un rivetto, consolida il tutto in maniera definitiva. I primi 22 cm alla boccola, sono ulteriormente rinforzati; sulla sezione è impressa la sigla “Power Grip”, che evidenzia sia il particolare rinforzo, che una maggior presa sull’impugnatura di questa sezione. Anche il secondo elemento del Carpa X Power, presenta un rinforzo alla sua base ed al suo apice e stavolta è stato evidenziato con la nomenclatura “2 Power Wrap”.

This landing net handle has been specifically designed to meet the most extreme fishing situations. It is structured in three sections; the 3/4 is a telescopic while the others are put in sections. The buckle is made of anodized aluminium and is internally covered with brass, a rivet permanently consolidates the lining. The buckle first 22cm are further reinforced, and the “Power Grip” abbreviation is engraved on the section, emphasizing both the particular reinforcement, and a better grip on this section handle. Even the second element of the Carpa X Power, presents reinforcement on the base and its peak this time has been highlighted with the nomenclature “2 Power Wrap”.

Questo accorgimento fa si che la boccola inserita sullo stesso elemento, possa avere un diametro ridotto per poterla fissare esternamente, proprio come sulla prima sezione. Con questa innovazione, potremo applicare qualsiasi tipo di testa guadino sulla seconda sezione (anche le più grandi e le più pesanti in commercio) e salpare i nostri “big” in tutta tranquillità senza il solito timore di rotture dovute all’inserimento di grosse boccole interne. Anche su questo manico entrambe le boccole oltre ad uno speciale collante epossidico, vengono fissate con un sistema di rivettaggio esterno e top carbon reinforcement lungo 7 cm. sulla estremità della prima sezione.

This landing net pole has been expressly developed for carpodrome fishing and for all the big specimens fishing in general. The new main feature of this pole is the conical joint system on the second part, this new feature will allow to insert the small diameter buckle on the second section exactly like in the first one. This innovation will allow to rig any type of landing net head on the second section, even the heavier on the market, and net our “big fish” with ease without being afraid of break downs due to the use of big internal buckles. Also on this pole on both buckles in addition of the the epoxy resin gluing it features an external rivet fixing and a special 7 centimeters top carbon reinforcement on the tip part of the first section.

L’ARES è un manico telescopico veramente robusto, con una down- force notevole; questo lo rende senz’altro adatto alla competizione, ma anche alla pesca per diletto. Un particolare da tenere bene in considerazione è il rinforzo a tripla nastratura di composito nella zona di maggior stress, in prossimità della boccola. Tale rinforzo, che interessa la parte terminale della sezione, è supportato da una rivettatura della boccola stessa , la quale garantisce la miglior tenacità tra le parti ed una robustezza oltre la norma. La semplicità di utilizzo e la cosmesi accattivante impreziosiscono ulteriormente questo manico per guadino.
