Colin StokesColin is the director of communications for the non profit Citizen Schools.

In his TED talk titled “How movies teach manhood”, he discusses how watching movies as a child can influence how your children take in Information about movies and how they will act growing up.

Colin gets the audience involved in the introduction by talking about his personal life and his kids and making jokes about the way The movies are not that realistic.

He goes on to explain that in a lotof movies for kids these days that The males are not the target audience And how the women are more of theHero .

He continues to keep his audience into his speech because he continues to crack jokes and then goes on to explain how the amount of women protagonists have changed over the years and how now the heroes are more males and that teaches young men to be more brave and strong.

I I would give him a dynamism ratingof 3/5 because he is not very excited during his speech but I believe that he is passionate about what he is talking about because he has some experience with the subject.

I would compare his approach to Garr Reynolds because he just kept it simple and got to the point on the topic he was discussing.

What I have learned about Presentation from this Presenter is that you can be Simple and to the point and Still get your point across. But you still have to keep the Audience interested.

I believe that these two men are similar In the sense that both there talks had to Relate to children and what influences them at A young age. But where they are different Colin Only speaks about what effect movies have on Children where Ken speaks about how everythingInfluences children over the years.

What I can tell my classmates about delivery is that when you are talking about a topic you want to be simple about your speech and get to the point and joke around and keep your audience interested.
