UNIVERSITY MARK/GRADE CONVERSION

click the master wizard.


Select the department and edit button is click.


Enter the grade and grade points.


Enter the fees in theory and practical of current fee,arrear,retotal,revaluation and sublimentary.


Enter the minimum mark,maximum mark, credit points and subject code.


Click the academic module


Select academic and click the academic manager


Select Exam application and then click ADD

Select Batch, Degree, branch, semester, Exam month and year, Applied Date and Last date for

application.


Click Apply. It will show this message once all students got applied.

Enter into our web application and Select Mark Import which is under COE menu.


Select Batch, Degree, Branch and Exam Month & Year. Then Select type as import and Grade(If you

want to import mark, select mark).


Browse the excel file where you keep in your system.


Then Cick GO. Select Header Settings


Move the subject code to right side as in the order in excel sheet then click OK. This is the main phase,

you must be very careful in moving subject code.


Finally click Save
