ClubTelco Microsoft Outlook 2003 Email Setup
This document is a reference which will guide you through adding the correct settings to your email cli-ent if you are using microsoft outlook 2003. if you are using a third party email client other than outlook 2003 please refer to the software manufacturers website for further assistance.
Select Tools >> E-mail Accounts as per the image below
Select View or change existing e-mail accountsThe select Next
You will be presented with the following screen. Select your ClubTelco email account Then select change on the right
Select the More Settings button on the bottom right of this screen
On the Internet E-mail Settings window select Outgoing Server
On the Outgoing Server tab, add a tick for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication Then select OK
Select Next to complete the settings change
Select Finish to close the E-mail Accounts window
Please NOTE: You will need to add this same setting to each individual email account that is shown in the Internet Accounts window. If you have three email addresses with ClubTelco that use your email client then add the same tick to each individual mail account properties.
