“
”We think we listen but rarely do we do so with real understanding, true empathy.

By truly listening to our clients, we create empathy between us and them.
WHEEL OF CONDITIONS
How to achieve the objective of helping
Empathy To go through “it” with a client without losing the as if quality of the experience (boundaries)
Congruence Keeping it real Letting your actions and your
body truly mirror what you are saying
Unconditional Positive Regard
Relaying that no matter what you feel this client has worth and intrinsic value as a human being.
When these objectives are reached the client can find joy in taking an active role in their healing and recovery.
The result of the conditions being reached is that the client should have an environment where they can accept themselves and change.
