SYNOPSISSYNOPSIS
• 21 year old male sustained mid-clavicle fracture of the right clavicle due to blunt trauma
• Clavicle healed with severe S-shape malunion
• Patient suffers pain, numbness, reduced arm strength, limited range of motion and impingement
• Indicated for reconstructive surgery to straighten clavicle
