How to get Student Advantage
Institutions
Academic institution must cover Faculty and Staff for Office in a Microsoft volume licensing program, either EES or OVS-ES.
Office 365 ProPlus for students requires an Office 365 tenant.
IT admin places a Volume License order for Office 365 ProPlus for students ($0 SKU),
Assigns licenses to students via the Office 365 admin portal
Students sign in and downloads Office 365 ProPlus
Up to 5 installs on different devices, and 5 mobile
Office 365 ProPlus automatically updates

1. Set up your Office 365 tenant - Step 1 of Fast Track http://fasttrack.office.com 2. Verify EDU eligibility and work with your reseller to get the Student Advantage SKU added
5XS-000023. Sync student users to Office 365 with password sync4. License the user account with the student advantage SKU: See Assign Licenses 5. Student logs in to Office 365 with the synced user and password and can download Office Pro

How to Order Student Advantage: For EXISTING Office365 customers who ordered through the reseller:o Double check enrollment number associated
with your Office365 tenant and request the number of Student Advantage SKUs to be added to that enrollment.
o Licenses will appear through Office365 Portalo Activation Mail is received by Notices Contact
and MUST be forwarded to Office365 Admin.
How to Order Student Advantage: For EXISTING Office365 customers who ordered through the online portal:o Check with Bell Techlogix to see if you have a
