Aerobics - A cardiovascular workout for all. Working the heart and lungs whilst improving co-ordination and stamina.
Abs Express - A half hour blast on the abdominal area to help you achieve that desired six pack.
Active Tone - A fun and friendly class that incorporates exercise to music with a variety of disciplines from spinning, circuits with a hint of toning. Suitable for all fitness levels and capabilities from beginners to advanced.
Aqua - A water based exercise class which is non weight bearing! Excellent exercise for all and a great starting point for those recovering from injuries or post natal. Flotation equipment used for extra resistance so a great all round body toning and conditioning class.
Aquanatal - A water based exercise class tailored especially for mums to be.
Aqua Aerobics - Is a “total body workout” using the resistance of water to burn fat and tone the body. A class that is kind to your joints and good fun too! Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Aqua Run - Is a water based non-impact class which uses all the major muscle groups of the body. It gives you the same cardiovascular workout as a conventional run, with the associated fitness and weight loss benefits with no risk of stress injuries, as your body is totally supported by the water.
Aqua Zumba - Zumba music and movement in the water. Great for toning and fitness improvements.
Body Attack - Is the sports inspired cardio workout for buildingstrength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals, from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!
Body Balance - It is a revolution in mind-body training. A dynamic, fitness-to-music programme that leaves you feeling relaxed and renewed, Body Balance combines the best of eastern disciplines, like Yoga and Tai Chi, with popular new methods such as Pilates and Feldenkrais. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Body Jam - BodyJam is the worlds greatest dance class- an addictive fusion of moves that unlocks everyones rhythmic and dancing instincts. The blend includes the latest sounds of hiphop, funk and Latin music, together with the coolest sounds currently topping the charts.

Boxercise - Using boxing methods plus new varieties of movement, this is the ultimate workout for improving agility, speed, fitness and coordination. A fun stress buster!
Bokwa - Innovative dance fitness programme, this is an abundance of fun and intense cardiovascular workout. A workout that doesn’t feel like a workout. Combined with South African war dance, Capoeiva, Kickboxing and Steps.
Chair Based Exercise - Gentle exercises for the less able fitness fanatic.
Hatha Yoga - The most familiar branch of Yoga. This style of Yoga uses physical poses or Asana, Breathing Techniques or Pranayama, and Meditation to achieve better health, as well as spirituality. There are many styles within this path - Iyengar, Integral, Astanga, Kripalu, and Jiva Mukti to name a few.
Indoor Cycling - This is a challenging and exciting cardiovascular endurance class that enables you to improve your stamina and strength aswell as burn some serious calories.
Kettlebell - This class will chisel and firm your arms, shoulders, thighs, and glutes as we push, pull, swing, lift and hold the kettlebell. It will also develop core strength and stability. A brilliant overall body toning and strength session.
Kick-Combat - a mix of various martial art styles resulting in a captivating cardiovascular workout to a fast paced soundtrack that will get your heart racing.
Kickfit - Kick and punch your way to fitness! Burn calories with a fantastic boxing and martial arts workout. Work your heart and lungs to the finish line! From shoulder smashing combos to kick katas to strengthen and tone your legs. Feel energised right to your core with condition work to tone those abs... a fantastic workout with something for everyone.
LBT - No not a sandwich! This class focuses on the Bum, Legs and Tums, you will complete a series of sculpting exercises to tone and firm.
Pilates - An innovative system of mind-body exercise, Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs.

Freestyle Fitness Yoga (FFY) - is a unique and vibrant form of modern yoga based exercise, for men and women using challenging, but easy to follow sequences. It is a body conditioning class aimed at developing muscle strength and tone, increasing flexibility and improving core stability and muscle function.
Salsa and Zumba - A bit of Salsa to start and a bit of Zumba to finish, the perfect Dance based Work-out!
Shaper - This class is a blend of aerobics and toning and will include body shaping and sculpting exercises. Fantastic for tummies, bingo wings and all other wobbly bits.
Sculpt and Tone - Change your overall body shape by defining and toning each muscle as well as using bursts of aerobic exercise to burn fat.
Spinning - All the benefits of outdoor cycling with inside comforts. A cardiovascular workout incorporating strength elements. Great for fat loss and tone with each class burning on average 500 calories.
Step - A cardiovascular workout which improves co-ordination, whilst toning and defining those lower body parts.
Step and Tone - A mix of step aerobics and toning exercises to get super shaped legs, great cardio fitness and to sculpt your physique.
Tabata - High intensity interval training in a cycle of 20 seconds work then 10 seconds rest. One of the best training regimes around that produces results fast.
Triple Challenge - Calorie burning dance fitness party, that is friendly and most importantly fun. Latin infused Zumba with a hint of Bokwa and body sculpting, get fit and raise your energy levels.
