Ha
Last week we learnt the story Handa’s Surprise. This week we are going to change the story. Instead of Handa you could have a little boy who visits his friend and instead of 7 delicious fruits, you could have 7 delicious chocolate bars. You could also change the animals into farm animals. Make your stories as crazy and as funny as you
like! I will post my story on Tapestry! Suggested activities:
• Story map your new story • Orally re-tell your story to your family
• Draw and label the characters from your story
Design a front cover for
your new book. Make sure it includes:
• title
• picture • Your name
Draw a picture of one of the animals in your story
and write at least 2 sentences describing
them. For example: The tiger
has sharp claws. The tiger has stripes.
Maths Look out for
Mrs Facciponti reading a story on Tapestry
