BackgroundWhy does County have City Transportation Impact Fees?
• Before Incorporation • Flagler County collects impact fee for entire county
• After Incorporation • City – County Interlocal Agreement September 29, 2000• City collects transportation impact fees as part of the building
permit process beginning on October 2, 2000• September 21, 2004 - City Adopts Transportation Impact Fee
