CitiDirect BE clients must be specifically entitled for CitiDirect BE Tablet prior to downloading the application from the Apple App Store, Google PlayTM store or Windows store. If this step is not completed, the application can be downloaded however access will be denied upon log in.

Getting entitled and downloading CitiDirect BE Tablet is easy. Just follow the steps below:

Step One: Contact your Citi Representative or Security Manager to make sure that you are entitled to download and access CitiDirect BE Tablet. Please note that you will have the same entitlements on CitiDirect BE Tablet that you have in the CitiDirect® Online Banking (CitiDirect®) or CitiDirect BE platforms.

Step Two: Open the Apple App Store, Google PlayTM store or Windows store app on your Tablet.

Step Three: Search for “CitiDirect BE Tablet” in your App store. Please select the free App and download it.

user’s digital workflow. Available exclusively for CitiDirect BE clients, CitiDirect BE Tablet is designed to give institutional users at the senior level, on-the-go visibility into mission critical financial information with just a few taps.

Step Four: After confirming that you have been entitled properly, open the App and log in with your SafeWordtm card as is done in the CitiDirect BE platform.
