    Therefore Cinnabon will offer the Oreo

    Chillatta; an exclusive blend of creamy dairy

    mix, premium Oreo cookies, a hint of vanilla

    flavoring and ribbons of chocolate sauce.

    This delicious blend is then topped with

    whipped cream and crushed Oreo pieces!

    APPEARANCE

    A creamy blended beverage with pieces of crushed Oreos surrounded by swirls ofchocolate sauce and whipped cream. Topped off with finely-crushed Oreos.

    FLAVOR

    Rich dairy flavored with vanilla and chocolate cookie pieces.

    TEXTURE

    Smooth blend of cream and ice with Oreo pieces that are small enough to fit through thestraw.

    Please note that there are 3 approved types of vanilla

    base and 2 approved methods or preparation for this

    beverage.

    Please read the operations procedures carefully to

    determine the ingredients and procedures that meet

    your markets needs.

    The PREFERRED recipe and procedure uses the Kerry

    Frozen Dairy base.

    If this is not available in your market, the vanilla ICE

    CREAM procedure is the next best solution. (See

    attached required specs.)

    If you are not able to source Kerry Dairy Base or Vanilla

    ICE CREAM mix, you may source the Vanilla Freeze

    powdered mix to build the Oreo Chillatta.
