This year we invite you to enjoy an evening of style and mystery at our Masquerade Christmas party nights.
The Auditorium, that normally is the heart of performance in Bury St Edmunds, will be transformed with a magical masquerade theme; cabaret style seating, mood lighting and mystical decorations.
After dining on a festive meal with a glass of your favourite cocktail, dance the night away into the early hours.
Remember! Dress to impress in your best attire; black tie, ball gowns and most importantly your mask.

On arrival you will be welcomed by our team, who will be waiting for you with a delicious
festive cocktail. A photographer will be ready to capture images of everyone looking their
finest, before entering the beautifully dressed Auditorium with magical decorations and
mood lighting. Take your seat and enjoy a delightful three course Christmas meal, which will
be served by our experienced team. After dinner, you can dance the night away to music
provided by our live band, who will keep you up on your feet all night!
Bookings are required for tables of 10.

A non-refundable £15.00 per person deposit is required to secure every booking. Once any payment is received no refunds or special discounts will be given.
All payments are non-transferable to other events and cannot be used to pay for beverages at the event.
Final balance payments are due no later than 14 days prior to the event date or entry will be refused. Any bookings made after 21st of November are not eligible for a deposit payment and must be paid in full.
Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted into our shared party nights.
Please be prepared to provide proof of age with valid and current identification. This can be either a UK photo card driver’s licence or passport. The team at the Apex and security contractors reserve the right to conduct ID checks at any time.
All pre-orders must be returned at least one month before the event with any special dietary requirements. Any last changes must be submitted at least one week prior to the event.
Any damages to property of The Apex will be charged back to the party organiser who, by confirming a booking, accepts liability for any damages caused by their party.
No food or drink can be brought onto the premises. Random searches will be carried out on entry. Anyone found bringing such items to the event will have the items confiscated and may be refused entry. In this situation, no refunds will be given.
Beverages are not permitted to leave the premises and must be consumed during the event.
