経歴紹介 • Experience高橋忠利パートナーはオーストラリア在任中、メルボルン及びアデレード地区の、ジャパン・プラクティスネットワーク部門の日本人責任者として、自動車、電子機器、食品、建設などの分野の日系企業多数を担当し、駐在員税務、移転価格などの税務業務を中心に、新規投資、ビジネス再構築等多岐に渡るコンサルティング業務を担当していた。また、オーストラリア及びニュージーランド企業の日本進出等の非日系ビジネスついても多数関与した経験をもっている。

2001 年より PwC 台湾事務所に勤務。既存新規を問わず、日系企業クライアントへの幅広いサービス提供において重要な役割を担っている。具体的には、円滑な監査業務実施のための支援をはじめ、移転価格税制対応、登記、コンサルティング、アウトソーシングなどのサービスを提供している。とりわけ移転価格については、オーストラリアで豊富な経験を積んでいることもあり、台湾で2004年度からの制度導入以来、日系企業から絶大な信頼を得ている。また、台湾国税局の移転価格税制担当者と定期的にミーティングを行う等、最新の情報の入手、把握に努めている。国際企業部の統括代表であり、また事務所全体に関わる戦略マーケティング部門 (Market & Strategies)のマーケットリーダーでもある。2009年7月からはさらに華中華北にフォーカスした中国におけるジャパニーズプラクティスの担当パートナーに就任。

Toshi Takahashi was a Senior Manager at PwC Australia, mainly in Melbourne and Adelaide offices. As a leader in the Japan Practice Network, he provided services to many Japanese com-panies in various industries such as automotive, electronic devices, food, and construction. He has provided consultation on matters such as tax (individual income tax and transfer pricing, etc), new investments and business restructuring. Moreover, he has considerable experience supporting Australian and New Zealand companies with business ventures in Japan.

Since 2001, he has been with PwC Taiwan, where he has assumed a key role in providing a broad range of services to both new and existing Japanese clients. He has taken a prominent role in audit and other services related to transfer pricing, consultation, company registration, outsourcing and so on.

With his experience in Australia in providing transfer pricing services, he is highly trusted by Japanese companies doing business in Taiwan, which introduced a transfer-pricing tax system in 2004. He has invaluable experience handling issues in this area, and he continues to keep updated on the latest information; for example, through meetings with the regional bureaus of Taiwan’s National Tax Administration. In addition to Toshi’s work for the International Business Services Department, he was also the Markets Leader of PwC Taiwan.

Starting from July 2009, Toshi takes over the role of Partner-in-Charge of Japanese practice in China, with specific focus on Central and Northern China.

メッセージ • Message中国 5000 年の歴史に裏打ちされた首都北京。映画ラストエンペラーの舞台となった紫禁城を中心に、西隣には政治の中心舞台である”中南海”、北西には北京大学・精華大学を中核とする IT センター”中関村”、そして、東には多くの外資系企業が所在するビジネス街が広がっています。北京には、首都の冠にふさわしく、数多くの日系企業の統括本部、駐在員事務所がその拠を構え、各種の中国経営問題の解決にご努力されております。この北京から車で約 2 時間の距離には天津があります。天津は李鴻章や溥儀が闊歩した 20世紀初頭の外国租界区の雰囲気を未だに残しながらも、現在では、自動車産業の集積都市として発展しつつあります。また、天津から海を渡った先、北京から飛行機で1時間のところには、遼東半島の入口、郷愁漂う港町、大連があり、ここには、古くから数多くの日本企業が進出しています。私どもプライスウォーターハウスクーパースは、現在、華北地区にこれらの 3 都市に青島を加えた 4 拠点に事務所を構えており、総勢 3,000 人余りのスタッフが勤務しております。また、日本人会計士・税務専門家を中心とする日系企業事業開発部の面々が、華北地区の日系企業の皆様の経営問題の解決の一助となるべく日々努力しております。 The capital city of Beijing tells Chinaʼs 5000-year-old history. At the cityʼs centre is the Forbidden City, which was used in the Hollywood blockbuster movie The Last Emperor, surrounded by the political and governmental city “Zhong Nan Hai” in the west, IT Centre “Zhong Guan Cun“ which includes Beijing University and Tsinghua University in the north-west, and the business centre which accommodates many foreign companies in the east. Being the capital, Beijing has attracted the headquarters and representative offices of many Japanese companies who work hard to address the various operational issues in China.

Tianjin is located about two hoursʼ drive away from Beijing. Tianjin has dramatically developed as Chinaʼs automotive hub, while preserving the memories of the foreign concession in the early 20th century during Li Hong Zhang and Puyiʼs days. Further across the ocean and an hourʼs flight away from Beijing, the ancient city of Dalian is located at the entry point of Liaodong Peninsula. The city has a long history of Japanese investments. In North China, PwC has established offices in the strategic cities as mentioned above as well as in Qingdao, employing a total of more than 3,000 staff, and among them are our Japanese Business Development Team comprising mainly of Japanese CPAs and tax experts to support Japanese companies in their operational and management issues in this region.

As a leader in the Japan Practice Network, he provided services to many Japanese companies in various industries such as automotive, electronic devices, food, and construction. He has provided consultation on matters such as tax (individual income tax and transfer pricing, etc), new investments and business restructuring. Moreover, he has considerable experience supporting Australian and New Zealand companies with business ventures in Japan.

Since 2001, he has been with PwC Taiwan, where he has assumed a key role in providing a broad range of services to both new and existing Japanese clients. He has taken a prominent role in audit and other services related to transfer pricing, consultation, company registration, outsourcing and so on.

With his experience in Australia in providing transfer pricing services, he is highly trusted by Japanese companies doing business in Taiwan, which introduced a transfer-pricing tax system in 2004. He has invaluable experience handling issues in this area, and he continues to keep updated on the latest information; for example, through meetings with the regional bureaus of Taiwan’s National Tax Administration. In addition to Toshi’s work for the International Business Services Department, he was also the Markets Leader of PwC Taiwan.

Starting from July 2009, Toshi takes over the role of Partner-in-Charge of Japanese practice in China, with specific focus on Central and Northern China.

Since he joined PwC Tokyo in 2000, he has worked exclusively in the transfer pricing area for the last twelve years including previous two year assignment in PwC Shanghai. In the transfer pricing area, he has provided advice towards numerous Japanese MNCs on their inter-company transactions with related parties and its effect on Japanese and foreign transfer pricing rules. South China, considered one of the emerging developing economic areas in Peopleʼs Republic of China. Southern China began to shift from a lighter to a heavier industry which includes electric products, office equipment, and automobile related and electronic components, as well as the growth of production also shift from those for export to those for domestic consumption after the success of Asian Games and Universiade. To meet the demands of each region, PwC China operates in 3 locations altogether, in Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Xiamen. In 2007, he joined the audit department of a foreign invested insurance company and performed internal audits for group companies in Japan. From 2009, he was engaged in SOX tests based on FIEL and Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Review of self-assessment of assets and Compliance audits, etc. for an insurance company belongs to the group. 経歴紹介 • Experience2003年から2006年まで日本証券業協会にて主に証券税制改正を担当。2006年にPwC香港事務所に入所、移転価格サービスグループにて主に中国における日系子会社に対して移転価格サービスを提供。その後、税理士法人PwC東京事務所へ出向、移転価格コンサルティンググループに所属し、日本本社が直面する様々な移転価格問題に関するコンサルティングサービスの提供に従事。特に、金融業、製造業を中心とする多くの日系企業に対し、有形資産、無形資産、役務提供取引に関するグループ移転価格ポリシーの構築や移転価格文書作成に関するサポートに従事した。2011年7月にPwC香港事務所へ帰任。米国公認会計士。Kazuhito Inokuchi worked for Japan Securities Dealers Association from 2003 to 2006 and was mainly engaged in annual revisions of securities taxation system. He joined PwC Hong Kong in 2006 and provided transfer pricing consulting services to Japanese subsidiaries in China/Hong Kong. From 2008, he seconded to the Transfer Pricing Consulting Service Group of Zeirishi-Hojin PwC in Tokyo and was engaged in assisting Japanese headquarters for solving various issues in relation to transfer pricing. His experience includes formulating group transfer pricing policies, preparing transfer pricing documentation in terms of tangible and intangible transactions and intra-group services for many multinational corporations especially in financial and manufacturing industries.
