If you are based in the US, Canada or Latin America and your company is certified, you will have a VIP Call-In 800 #. If you are installer certified, you will have a Text-A-Tech # on the back. If you are based elsewhere, these numbers do not apply.

The Completed Chief Certificate is your proof! It shows number of credits to submit to both InfoComm for CTS RUs and CEDIA for CEUs.
