CHEMXCAL ANALYSES Oge JAPANESE MXNERALS [DUCTiON
This report is a supplement oE the report "Chemisehe Analysen-vesultate von japanischen IM[inerallen" published in 1.936:i`. That report
and the seeond report:i("' ineluded all a'na}yses of Japanese minerals in
eayliey publieation, thusbei.ng completed from 1807 to 1935, rom l936to 1946 respeetively,
The object of this report is mainly to put on reeord the additional
new analysses made since 1947, not ii}cluding a vast number of par. tial
youtine determinations and ikumerous analyses made in conneetion with
teehnlcal purposes, as in the ormer reports,
Many o the analyses that have been published are widely scat-tered in diffeyent scientifie jouritals and publieations, which are strong}y
in evidenee post the war, It is tkerefore impossible to find themwithout a great expenditure of time. Anyone wishing to make anexhaustive search for analyses of Japanese minerals will therefore have
to eonsult -LLhese repox'ts.
