    Cheesy Chicken Enchilada Dip

    2 lbs cooked, shredded chicken

    10 oz can enchilada sauce

    2 pkgs cream cheese, softened

    4 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese

    Tortilla or corn chips

    Combine chicken and enchilada sauce in crock pot. Cut cream cheese

    into cubes and stir into crock pot, along with Pepper Jack cheese; mix

    well. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until

    mixture is well blended. Serve with choice of chips.
