Information
1. Accreditation • Accreditations will be prepared according to
the entries made via FIS Online
registration system for athletes and teams officials. They can
be picked up in the Race Office with Emilie Rouget on Wednesday or
will be distributed at the TCM on Thursday.
• Requests for additional accreditation must be sent to

2. Race Office • The OC Race office is located in the jumping
hill building „La Rotonde“;
opening time daily from 08:00 to 19:00, January 08-12, 2014
3. Accommodation • Booking according the FIS Rules via FIS
Online registration system • The OC offers accommodation (full
board) in two star hotels within 30km from
the competition venue. • Due to the lack of availabilities, the
OC will distribute rooms to the teams
according to the date of request and the number of rooms needed.
• The deadline 3rd of January for the final entries is a definitive
deadline for the
booking of accommodation! After that the information of
requested rooms will be given to the hotels. Each change made after
that must be cleared with the hotel and a full payment of the price
might be requested, depending on the cancellation policy of the
hotel!
• Price for accommodation over quota: 66 EUR / pers in twin room
and 86 EUR / pers in single room.
4. Transport • Official airport: Geneva International Airport
The organizing committee can arrange transportation between the
airport and
the hotels on request to [email protected]. Price for
additional transport: TBA • Shuttle service
Transport between hotel and competition venue must be requested
to [email protected] prior to the arrival.

5. Payments • Accommodation costs: Teams will pay directly at
the OC in financial office
(jumping hill building- first floor). • Carrying
costs/Reimbursement: Payment in financial office (jumping hill
building – first floor) according to a schedule presented at the
first TCM
6. Waxing Facilities • Wax tent and changing cabins: available
from 08/01/2014 at 2:00 pm. A
deposit of 50€ is asked for the keys. • Waxing trucks: teams
arriving with trucks have to inform the OC before
20/12/2013Radio Equipment Regulations • The team radio equipment
must be brought to Emilie Rouget in the Race
Office for inspection and distribution of frequencies.
7. Visa Regulations • Remember that citizens of some countries
will need visa for visiting France.
Please check with your embassy if you need a visa for
France.

8. Prize money and taxes • The general income tax for EU
citizens is 15%. The tax will be collected by the
OC and the athletes will get a receipt of paid taxes. • Non-EU
