National report : Macedonia 42.6% of the young people who are planning to

emigrate would leave the country for good Between 1995 and 2000, the number of

scientists and engineers in research and development has decreased by over seventy percent

emigration rate of tertiary educated is 20,9%. A 2003 study estimated that between 12 to

15,000 young, educated, and highly skilled persons left the country in the decade proceeding the year of the study

Creating partnership with one university 5 people were employed Organized two workshops Raise awareness among the students about the

industry profiles Students manage to create their first projects for

real companies Engaged 240 students from universities and 100

students from high schools

Organizing courses led by industry gurus Creating science clubs, art studios, clubs

for artists, Creating a website called “Open school” –

platform for free sharing of materials. Including the students in the industry

activities with several of different projects Reaching and engaging all young people in

my country that have difficulties to find a job
