8 Test Runs (32 modules)

MPE Test Equipment Improvements•10 filter capacitors at the connector distribution panel inside the cryostat•Sense lines for the VDDA, VSS, GRD, VDDr and Zero_bias supply lines •Optics include only a black body, 1 mirror but no attenuation filters•Stability of BB temperature is < 1 mK

Standard Measurements•Warm functional test at RT checks the supply currents•Cold functional test at 4 K and the output frames

•Cold performance test (1.85 K)-Dark current-Noise Equivalent Power (NEP) -Responsivity

Homogeneity of the Responsivity

Each module has its own characteristic distribution not caused by an inhomogeneous flux

FM174: almost homogeneous

FM190: strong gradient

Very good reproducibility of the data points after two tests (FEE changed)

Multiple tests of modules at different positions in the set-up

Different distribution between the two tests (FEE exchanged, connections re-glued)

Cold Performance Test

The test optics delivers a nearly homogeneous flux distribution

Work in Progress

• Bake out at 80°C for 3 days

• Final inspection prior to delivery to KT

• Warm functional test after cold vibration test
