HVRP Project design…
• Must include, either directly through the proposed applicant or through demonstrated collaborative agreements, the following dimensions: outreach, assessment and intake, job-driven employment and training services, and follow up services to enhance placement and retention in employment.
Job-Driven Employment and Training Services (0 to 15 points)
• Individual Employment Plan (IEP) = Service plans
• Case management process
• Leverage other federal education and training resources

• Training that is targeted to specific industries, occupations, and skills in demand.
• Training strategies that are geared towards providing skills development for jobs currently available.
• Work-based learning opportunities such as registered apprenticeships, paid internships, on-the-job training, cooperative learning, work experience, and customized training.
