Costume ContestCostume Contest• All pets must always be kept with

their owner, no running wild.

• If your pet uses the bathroom in our store or on the grounds the owner must get it up immediately.

• Be on time no late judging

• No refunds for any reason

• Applicant is responsible for any losses, damages, injuries, or problems occurring with their pet.

How to fill out pet contest application• Must be filled out by members of management

only.• The applicant fills out the date, their name,

pets name, pet type, reads the statements and must sign and date them both.

• CFP Employee must see a shot record and sign the application stating that they saw the record. (cats, dogs, ferrets only)

• CFP employee must give applicant their contestant number, this should be at the top right hand corner of the application. The same number should be written large in permanent marker on the contestant number page . ( Start with the number 1 and go consecutively on from there. If you give out 23 applications you should only have 23 numbers. Applicants can not pick their number)

• Take the fee• Give the applicant their contestant number and

rules. Remind them of the time and wish the good luck.
