  • About AICPA

The American Institute of CPAs (AICPA) is the worlds largest member association representing the accounting profession, with more than 412,000 members in 144 countries. It represents the CPA profession and develops standards for audits of private companies, provides educational guidance materials to its members, develops and grades the Uniform CPA Examination; and monitors and enforces compliance with the professions technical and ethical standards.

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

AICPA offers the worlds leading licensing examinations, the CPA Examination. The CPA credential is a symbol of trust and professionalism in the world of business.

Its a highly challenging professional track, but the reward is that CPAs are considered the most trusted advisors in business.

In addition to completing business and accounting courses in college and passing a comprehensive international exam, CPAs continue to maintain and update their skills as part of their commitment to a truly dynamic profession.

CPAs are typically multi-talented professionals who perform a mix of highly-specialised job functions including Auditing, Business and Management Consulting, International Financial Reporting and Tax Advisory Services, to name a few.
