NOTES

1. Applications for the Physical Therapy Assistant Program is available on April 1 and due October 1.

2. Applicants must have a minimum core GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for the application process.

3. 24 students are accepted into the program each year based on ranking system.

4. Program starts in January for the spring term each year.

5. General Anatomy and Physicology1 must be completed or enrolled in the term the student applies to the Physical Therapy Assistant Program.
