Kumar Gallery's ‘Celebration 2011’ is the fourth of its Celebration shows,

commemorating India's modern artistic achievements. Highlights of this

show are large works. The first generation of post-independence artists

introduced and promoted by the gallery developed into the most

celebrated and renowned modern Indian Masters. In ‘Celebration 2011’

along with the other artists, we have introduced four new artists: Shampa

Sircar, Nabanita Saha, Ramu Das and Amit Slathia, each of whom is of

marked significance to our contemporary era.
