CCAM Facility Lease Agreement – UVA Foundation
Effective Date: September 2012
Lease Term: 20 Years, including two 5‐yr renewal periods
Current Monthly Payment: $122,861 • Rent: $66,799 / Operating Expenses: $56,062
Facility Rent Deferral Agreement • UVA Foundation agreed to defer rent payments during 2015 – 2016
totaling $988,758. CCAM continued to pay facility operating expenses during the period.
• Balance recorded as a liability on CCAM financial statements. • UVA Foundation receives monthly operating and financial updates. • CCAM to repay back rent as financial position improves. 18
