Machen  brings an exceptional breadth and depth of professional experience to the company. In 1976, he founded Pegasus Petroleum Corporation, a successful developer of oil and gas fields. After receiving an offer to buy Pegasus Petroleum Corporation, he opted to further his education, completing his doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Florida. Machen began investing in real estate and mining, subsequently founding Pegasus International Services, which he built into a multi-million dollar mining company, that later served as a financial base for future business ventures and investments. In 2001, Machen and Millan partnered on several film financing projects, which became the catalyst for the formation of C22 Capital, Inc. ANTHONY MILLAN - Chief Executive Officer Anthony Millan is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Catch 22 Entertainment and C22 Capital, Inc. Millan has extensive experience in film finance, and established the company to provide bridge financing to independent film productions and pay-or-play offers, advancing against tax credits and finishing funds. After successfully utilizing the bridge loan model for numerous projects, Millan formed C22 Capital, Inc. with partner Dr. Mack Machen. Projects that  benefited from Millan's innovative financing strategies include the theatrically released motion  pictures The Forbidden Kingdom (starring Jackie Chan and Jet Li), Eye of the Dolphin, Vlad, and Gallow Walker. With the success of C22 Capital, Inc., the company's investment division, Millan and Machen have expanded Catch 22 Entertainment's services to include film production,  post-production – at the company's on-site, state-of-the-art facilities – as well as domestic and international sales and distribution. Millan has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University. SUSAN WRENN - Head of Marketing Susan Wrenn's professional career began with The Entertainment Company, where she managed and negotiated some of the most valuable publishing catalogues in popular music. Also responsible for the company's promotional interests, she represented efforts by such talent as Barbara Streisand, Dolly Parton, The Bee Gees, Donna Summer, Dusty Springfield, and many others, eventually becoming company Director and head of the company's west coast operation.

Wrenn joined Paramount Pictures in 1986, rising rapidly through the ranks to spend the majorityof her twenty-year career at the studio as Sr. Vice President, Marketing, and Media Director for the film group and also represented Paramount Studios on the Viacom Marketing Council. As Sr.VP, she constructed the media campaigns for over three hundred feature films, including thosefor Titanic, Forrest Gump, Braveheart, Runaway Bride, What Women Want, Wayne's World,

Save The Last Dance, Jackass, Rugrats, Kings of Comedy, Mission Impossible, and Beavis andButthead, among many others. Wrenn secured the first NBA Finals movie promotion (MissionImpossible), and was the first to access the New York Times editorial assets (The Hours),changing the way media and promotional tie-ins were negotiated.

As Media Director, Wrenn was responsible for all paid advertising activities, investments intelevision, radio, print, internet, and out-of-home, as well as for the integration of mediastrategies with the creative, publicity, internet and promotional objectives and activities of thecompany and its partners. Budgets were in excess of $350 million annually, representing activityagainst all demographic and psychographic targets. She oversaw an internal staff of up to 23 andagency staffing in excess of 100 people across ten agencies.

Leaving Paramount in 2006, Wrenn's consulting projects have included feature films,documentaries, the successful launch of the Produced By Conference for the Producers Guild of America, co-producing the 75th anniversary television special for KTLA ("Planet L.A.", whichwas nominated for a local Emmy), marketing the Third Screen Film Festival and many other entrepreneurial activities. She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer for thestream.tv andCatch-22 Entertainment.
