Descrizione sistema

Le torri di puntellazione TF2 composte da robusti telai in tre altezze 1,80m 1,20m e 0,90m sono indicate per svariati usi, come: edilizia residenziale per costruzione di tavoli per solai con altezze di interpiano elevate; opere infrastrutturali come ponti per la realizzazione di centinature o come sostegno nella realizzazione dei pulvini delle pile; puntellazione in genere per tutte le applicazioni.

I telai sono in acciaio zincato a caldo, sono leggeri e di facili movimentazione; il passo di 1,52m garantisce un elevata stabilit.

Il sistema caratterizzato da un elevata portata fino a 60 kN per stelo.

La testa ed il piede registrabile permette una preci-sione di montaggio ed una rapidit di movimentazio-ne dei tavoli.

System Description

TF2 shoring towers made of sturdy frames in three height 1.80 m 1.20 m and 0.90 m are suitable for various uses, such as: in the houses construction as slab-tables with high heights between the floors; infrastructure projects such as bridges for the realization of centering or as support in the accomplishment of the pillars and column heads; any applications of general shoring

Frames are hot dip galvanized steel, are lightweight and easy handling, the base-pitch of 1.52 m ensures an high stability.

The system is characterized by a high load capacity up to 60 kN per leg.

The head and foot screw jack allow a precision and a fast handling of tables.

Descrizione sistema

La torre scala TF2 utilizzata in cantiere per accedere, in sicurezza, alle impalcature poste ai vari livelli.Il montaggio avviene rapidamente con telai standard di altezza 1,20 m consentendo di realizzare torri per ogni esigenza di impiego.Lo stesso materiale pu essere utilizzato per realizzare torri di puntellazioni e tavoli di casseratura avendo quindi uno sfruttamento ottimale della struttura.

Caratteristiche: Viene costruita con gli elementi singoli dellapuntellazione TF2 e un ridotto numero dielementi supplementari Montaggio rapido e semplice unico attrezzoimpiegato: martello Profilo scala e parapetti zincati a caldo (elevatadurata) Impiegabili in spazi ristretti misure deicomponenti modulari 1,52 x 2,25 m (luceminima 1,67 x 2,40 m) Altezze torre scala possibili fino a oltre 100 m Conforme alle nome di sicurezza vigenti

System Description

The stair tower TF2 is used on site to access, safety, at various levels of structure.Installation is done quickly with standard base frame height 1.20 m allowing to build towers for each equirement.The same material can be used to create towers shoring and tables of formwork thus having an optimal use of the equipment.

Features: Is assembled from the constituent parts of the Load-bearing tower d2 and a small number of special add-on components Quick and easy to assemble only tool needed is a hammer Stair brackets and railing components are hotdip galvanised for long service life Can be used where space is tight system dimensions 1.52 x 2.25 m (minimum clear dimensions 1.67 x 2.40 m) Stair-tower heights of over 100 m are possible Complies with the relevant safety regulations

Seconda rampa / Erecting the second section Montare in sovrapposizione altri telai e collegarli con aste orizzontali e diagonali come in figura. Fissare langolare di collegamento E Fissare la tavola parapetto F allangolare di collegamento.

Add further frames, linking them together with horizontal and diagonal braces as shown in the illustration Fasten Connection angles 225 (E) to the basic frame next to where the change-of-direction platforms will be. Fix a Railing board 15x160cm (F) to the connection angles.

Place the pre-assembled stair brackets (J) on thecross-bars of the frames, and fix using wedges. Insert an Inner handrailing 225 (K) into the hole provided in the stair bracket, and fix with wedge. Fit the Intermediate railing 225 (L) onto the Inner handrailing 225 posts, and fix it in place.

Pre-assemble the final middle section, completewith the top section as shown in the illustration,at ground level, and lower it into place by crane.
