P REZENTARE G ENERALGENERAL PRESENTATIONProiectate de cele mai multe ori n concordan cu stilul construciilor sau arhitectura nconjurtoare, gardurile sunt cele care ntmpin vizitatorii, delimiteaz spaiul cu vecintatea, cu strada sau cu trectorii i protejeaz proprietatea mprejmuit, astfel nct perimetrul mrginit s ofere o imagine de ansamblu cu o not definitorie. Sistemele de mprejmuire, produse de Metal Work Industry SRL, formate din stlpi metalici, plase metalice ?i fire de srm, pot fi instalate independent pentru o delimitare perimetral sau pot intra n completarea unor garduri sau ziduri, deja existente. Datorit structurii simple i funcionale, acestea pot fi montate facil, chiar i de personal nespecializat. Sunt recomandate pentru orice form peisagistic, chiar i n cazul terenurilor accidentate, cu pante abrupte sau alunecoase, la realizarea mprejmuirilor de tip industrial, comunitar, civil, sportiv, militar, de agrement, etc. Sistemele de mprejmuire sunt ncadrate n clasa de combustie C0 i fac parte din categoria produselor de siguran joas i medie, fiind confecionate din oel de nalt calitate (DX 51 D), cu un grad ridicat de zincare (200-275 gZN/mp; 14~20 m). Protecia anticoroziv realizat prin zincare, ajut la pstrarea n timp a proprietilor caracteristice. The anticorrosion protection, provided by zinc coating, helps preserve its characteristic properties in time.

Pe perioada exploatrii, sistemele metalice de mprejmuire prezint urmtoarele avantaje: moderate de achiziie i reparaie; costuri de transport i depozitare; uurin comportament elastic optim n exploatare; antirupere, antifisurare, anticorodare; aciune rezisten de durat la aciunea agenilor atmosferici. Fabricate n conformitate cu normele referitoare la protecia mediului, sistemele de mprejmuire nu sunt duntoare sntii oamenilor sau integritii ambientale (nu conin i nu elimin substane radioactive, elemente nocive sau toxice). Din punct de vedere al cromaticii, culorile standard sunt verde sau alb. La cerere, pot fi asigurate toate nuanele RAL.

Stlpi Metalici de Susinere Metal Support PolesLa sistemele de mprejmuire, stlpii metalici constituie structura de rezisten i, totodat, cadrul pentru ntinderea i susinerea plasei de srm. Stabilitatea i rigiditatea general a sistemului este asigurat prin montarea, n plan nclinat, a profilelor metalice de tip contravntuire, capabile s preia i s reziste la diverse aciuni aprute n cursul exploatrii (eforturi de compresiune, ntindere, ncovoiere, ncrcri sau fore exterioare). Rigidizarea mprejmuirii este absolut necesar mai ales n cazul perimetrelor cu deschideri largi sau n zone cu vnturi puternice. Stlpii metalici sunt realizai din profile de oel zincat, cu dimensiuni de 30 mm x 40 mm x 30 mm si DX 51 D (200275 gZN/mp), adic ntre 14~20 m, care prezint urmtoarele caracteristici tehnice: rezisten la coroziune i ntindere Rm (Mpa) = 270~500, 1MPa = 1 N/mm2; +/- 3 mm n cazul profilelor cu lungimea pn toleran la 2500 mm; rezisten adecvat la ocuri (impactul puternic al corpurilor dure poate produce deformri locale); Within fencing systems, the metal poles form the strength structure and, at the same time the stretching and support frame for the wire mesh. Acest produs destinat n principal realizarii sistemelor de mprejmuire n domeniul constructiilor, n sectorul agricol si n zonele rezidentiale, este potrivit si n cazul lucrarilor pe terenuri accidentate, zone cu pante abrupte sau alunecoase. Griplas se evideniaz printr-un grad mare de flexibilitate obinut datorit caracteristicilor definitorii ale firelor de srm i proprietilor calitative ale materiei prime, ce corespund celor mai severe standarde ale domeniului. Griplas se ruleaza n suluri si se protejeaza la extremitati cu capace speciale din polietilena (lungimea plasei n sul: 10m sau 25m). Pentru comercializare produsul este disponibil la paleti. This product, conceived mainly for assembling fencing systems in constructions, agriculture and residential areas, can also be used for works performed on rough terrain, abrupt or slippery hillsides.

Griplas is special due to its high degree of flexibility given by the defining characteristics of the wires and by the high quality properties of the raw materials complying with the highest standards in the industry. The Griplas galvanized wire mesh is available in rolls and protected at the ends with special caps made of polyethylene (length of the rolled wire mesh: 10m or 25m). For trading purposes, the product is provided on pallets.
