About this Guide

This CashPro® Online quick reference guide provides the hardware and software required to make your system compatible with the CashPro Online portal and its supporting services. Bank of America Merrill Lynch completes a rigorous testing process of all requirements before recommending them for use with CashPro Online and Mobile.

In addition, you will learn how to:

▪ Identify your internet browser version.

▪ Configure your Internet Explorer® v.8 thru v.11 browser, if applicable.

Each of the above topics includes step-by-step instructions for performing a specific task. You can review all of the tasks in this guide or review the task that is specific to your interest.

Note: You can print each topic individually for your convenience, if desired.

Introduction

The following table provides the minimum hardware and software requirements required to make your system compatible with CashPro® Online. You will achieve better results if your system meets the recommended configuration.

Note: There are supplemental requirements for the Receivables, Remote Deposit, Trade Pro®, and Foreign Exchange services. Refer to Supplemental Technical Service Requirements for more information.

Introduction

CashPro® Mobile is a worldwide client access channel designed to ultimately provide flexible access to a critical set of treasury, credit, and liquidity functions outside of your traditional office workstation. CashPro Mobile security features are integrated with CashPro Online, using industry best practices.

CashPro Mobile comes with several robust security features:

▪ Virtual 24/7 monitoring provided by the Security Operations Center to help detect unauthorized activity

▪ Device recognition and 128-bit secure socket layer (SSL) encryption

▪ Automatic logout after inactivity and password expiration every 90 days

To achieve optimal CashPro Mobile performance, your mobile device should meet or exceed these minimum hardware and software requirements.

Introduction

This card provides the information needed to identify your internet browser version within Microsoft Internet Explorer®, Mozilla Firefox®, Google Chrome®, and Apple Safari®.

Procedure

To identify your internet browser version, complete the following:

1. Open your internet browser.

2. Complete one of the following:If... Then...

Internet Explorer a. Click Help in the menu bar.

b. Select About Internet Explorer from the drop-down menu. The About Internet Explorer window displays.

c. Locate the version information in the Version field.

Firefox a. Click Firefox in the menu bar.

b. Click Help.

c. Select About Firefox from the drop-down menu. The About Mozilla Firefox window displays.

d. Locate the version number. The version number displays under the Firefox name.

Chrome a. Click on the right.

b. Select About Google Chrome from the drop-down menu. The About screen displays.

c. Locate the version number.

Safari a. Click Safari in the menu bar.

b. Select About Safari from the drop-down menu. A dialog box displays.

c. Locate the version number. The version number displays outside the parentheses.

This completes the procedure.

Introduction

This card provides the information needed to properly configure your Microsoft Internet Explorer® v.8 thru v.11 browser for CashPro® Online.

Procedure

To configure your Internet Explorer v.8 thru v.11 browser, complete the following:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options window displays.

3. Click Security > Trusted Sites.

4. Is the Enable Protected Mode check box selected?If... Then...

Yes a. Clear the check box.

b. Click OK.

c. Close all Internet Explorer windows.

d. Reopen Internet Explorer.

e. Click Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options window displays.

f. Go to step 5.

No Go to step 5.

5. Click Security > Trusted Sites.

6. Click Custom Level. The Security Settings - Trusted Sites Zone window displays.

7. Scroll to the ActiveX controls and plug-ins settings.

8. Select Enable (or Prompt) for the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting setting.

9. Select Prompt for all other ActiveX settings that are currently marked Disable.

10. Click OK.

11. Click Sites. The Trusted sites window displays.

12. Enter each of the following individually in the Add this website to the zone field. Click Add after each entry:

13. Complete the following if you subscribe to Check Management, Global Payments, or Receivables:For... Then...

a. Enter each of the following individually in the Add this website to the zone field. Click Add after each entry.

b. Go to step 14.

Receivables a. Enter https://cporms.bankofamerica.com in the Add this website to the zone field.

b. Click Add.

c. Go to step 14.

14. Click Close.

15. Click OK.

16. Select Tools > Compatibility View Settings. The Compatibility View Settings window displays.

17. Enter bankofamerica.com in the Add this website field.

18. Click Add. If you use Audit Log and/or Global Payments, add cashproonline.bankofamerica.com.

19. Click Close.

20. Select Tools > Internet Options. The Internet Options window displays.

21. Click Connections.

22. Click LAN settings.
