Case Study:Royal Opera House

The Customer

A major performing arts venue and Opera House. Located in what’s famously known as London’s west-end, Covent Garden, lies the Royal Opera House.

Regularly visited by more than 900,000 people a year, the Royal Opera House aims to enrich lives through the power of opera and ballet.

The Challenge

ROH underwent a major refurbishment and were looking to improve their current delivery of digital content and messaging to visually engage and wow their customers.

Due to the venue’s public accessibility, 7 days a week, a key criteria for ROH was to find an organisation who could quickly respond to support requests and provide a fast and proactive service.

Stunning collections of art are displayed across 4 edge blended projectors forming one large canvas, situated in the main foyer and a large curved LED screen in the entrance captivating their audience from the outside in.
