Overview

Customer has multiple applications/portals/sites with different versions of

SharePoint Technology i.e. SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013 and O365 SharePoint

online. They also have plans to migrate all these portals/sites to O365 or AWS or

Azure.

ATMECS is providing support to existing SharePoint 2010 & 2013 farm environments,

analyzing existing applications and doing feasibility study. We explored multiple

migration options/tools information and documented.

These new portals have the capability of integrating with various technologies and

products/tools, while providing an easy and clear user integration. We plan to

enhance the application to make it more matured with features enabling more

productivity, and has begun gradually rolling out flexible solutions to businesses

across other divisions and departments within the entity, using the same

infrastructure. Also, the infrastructure is matured to accommodate other associated

sites too, and may grow to further sectors soon.

We maintain multiple websites and provide support to internal as well as external

customers. We also design applications based on employees request, providing

operational support.

Microsoft SharePoint is a business collaboration platform for enterprise and web

platform. It has the flexibility to create websites easily and share information across

the world in a secure manner. It also supports content management, document

management and knowledge management with extended security features.

SharePoint also integrates with Windows and MS Office. It also has search features

like simple, Advanced, people and enterprise search.

SharePoint 2013 is having Enterprise search capability to search documents in the

SharePoint sites and public non-SharePoint sites also.
