Portland NativeBorn and raised in the Portland metro area, Carmel can’t imagine living anywhere else. For her, it’s the perfect community to raise a

family, establish oneself, and raise the bar of excellence. When she’s not assisting her clients with their import-ant investments, Carmel enjoys spend-ing time with her family, photography, dining at Portland’s amazing restau-rants, and watching movies at local “second-run” theaters.

After receiving her Undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Marketing at Portland State University, she went to work for her father’s remodeling business. What start- ed as a part-time job became a full-blown career of long hours crawling under

houses while repairing some of Portland’s most beautiful homes. At the age of 21, with dreams of remodeling her own home, Carmel bought her �rst home, a “�xer,” just o� of Mississippi Ave., in North Portland. Inspired by the hard work and dedication of her Realtor, Carmel set out to obtain her own real estate license. Armed with the knowledge of remodeling and a passion for marketing and service, Carmel shined in her new career.
