1. Cut (1) from Black 9 ¾ X 12 for the back piece. 2. Starting on the short way score @ 6”.

3. Turn and score @ 3 ¾ on both ends.

4. You will now cut the slits at the bottom of the scores (3 ¾ section lines).

5. To create the angles for the sides you will measure down the long end edge with a ruler 1 ½” and place a small dot for cutting placement.

6. Do this on both edges.7. Place on the cutter to cut the edges at an

angle.

8. Place the upper corner edge and the dotted end on the cutter and cut the angle.

9. Do this for both top sides.

10. Now you will adhere the bottom to create the back piece.

11. Adhere the two sides first and then the bottom will be on the inside of the bottom back piece.

12. Set the back piece aside for now.13. To create the front piece cut (1) from

Black Card Stock 8 ¼ x 12.14. Score @ 3 ¾ on the 8 ¼ length.15. Turn and score @ 3 ¾ on both ends on

the 12” length.

16. Cut out the two shorter bottom corner squares.

17. Place each top end on the cutter and cut at an angle top corner to bottom opposite corner.

18. Fold on score lines to create the front. 19. With the Wide Oval Stampin Up Punch,

punch the top center of the center square. (I measured 1” from both ends of score lines and placed a dot for placement of the punch center).

20. Adhere the front panel to the bottom back piece on the outside and the sides to the inside of the back piece.

21. To create the back height incert you will cut a piece from Black Card stock 4 ¾ x 4 ¼.

22. Turn on the 4 ¾ length score @ 3/8, 7/8, 2 5/8, & 3 1/8.

23. Fold on all score lines and construct step.

24. For the permanent divider cut a piece from Black Card Stock 5 ½ x 3 3/4 .

25. Score from both ends on the 5 ½ length ½” on each end.

26. Adhere the height step to the bottom of the divider.

27. Adhere to the inside of the Caddy being sure that the height step is up against the back panel. Adhere to the sides.

28. Your caddy is now complete.

The following measurements are for the printed paper.

Cut from Vanilla Card Stock (1)4 ¼ x 4 ¼ for front(1)4 ¼ x 5 ¾ for back(2)3 5/8 x 5 ¾ for sides. You will measure down

1 ½ inches on the ends again to get the angle cut. (Remember when you are doing prints you will need to cut one on the opposite side)

Cut from Printed Paper (1)4 1/8 x 4 1/8 for front(1) 4 1/8 x 5 5/8 for back(2)3 ½ x 5 5/8 for sides. You will measure down

Base for Caddy29. Cut (1) from Black Card Stock 9 ½ x 1130. Score all 4 sides @ 7/8.

     

          

31. Cut slits (red lines) and adhere to sides to form bottom base.

32. Cut (24) from Black Card Stock @ 4 7/16 x 5 ¼ for the dividers.

33. Print the categories.34. With the 1” punch, you will punch out all

the categories.35. Adhere the Categories to the black

scallop with a dimensional.36. Adhere the category to the divider.

37. Adhere the button to the center with a glue dot.
