• First turn on your computer, then wait microsoft windows xp dekstop to appear

• After that, right click at start menu, then choose open windows explorer, finally wait until the display open

• First open the location that you want to create the folder

• Second right click on a blank space in the folder or on your desktop

• Third Select "New" from the right click menu and choose folder

• Fourth give the name a folder
