Einmal rückwärts gegen eine Wand, einen Zaun oder – noch schlimmer – einen Menschen angefahren, der Schaden ist um ein vielfaches höher als die Investition in ein AXION Qualitäts-Rückfahrvideosystem.

Eine Überwachung des „toten Winkels“ oder eine Seitenkamera für LKW-Fahrer hilft Schäden zu vermeiden. Oft sind Fahrer alleine unterwegs und müssen ohne Hilfe rangieren. Welchen Monitor soll ich wählen? Unsere Monitore zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Lang-lebigkeit aus. Durch die digitale Bildtechnik bieten unsere Systeme eine stets optimale Bilddarstellung.

Für ein optimales Ergebnis gilt es folgendes zu beachten:

· Wählen Sie die richtige Bildschirmgröße für Ihre Anwendung – je kleiner das Display desto weniger können kleine Details im Bild erkannt werden

· De� nieren Sie die Anbauposition im Fahrzeug so, dass der Fahrzeugführer das Display stets leicht und bequem einsehen kann und beachten Sie dabei auch den Abstand vom Monitor zu Fahrer

Welches ist die richtige Kamera für meine Anwendung?AXION Kameras sind in unterschiedlichen Ö� nungs-/Betrachtungswinkeln erhältlich. Which monitor should I choose? Our monitors are characterized by high quality, reliability and durability. Due to the digital image technology, our systems offer an optimized image display.

It is important to note the following for best results:

· Select the correct screen size for your application – the smaller the screen the less small details can be detected in the image

· De� ne the mounting position in the vehicle so that the driver can see the display easily and conveniently and also keep the distance from monitor to driver in mind

What is the right camera for my application? AXION cameras are available in different opening and viewing angles. Depending on the desired mounting position and on the required field of view it is important to make the right choice. Based on the pictures below you get an idea of what camera angle leads to which field of view in the display:

Einsatzzweck: Unterstützung der Übersicht beim Abbiegevor-gang zur besseren Erkennung von Hindernissen, Personen oder Radfahrern.

Bei dieser Kameraanwendung erhalten Sie opti-sche Unterstützung beim Be- und Entladevorgang. Dies kann bei der Verteilung der Ladung auf der Lade äche sehr hilfreich und zeitsparend sein. Wir empfehlen hier den Einsatz von Kameras mit einem geringeren Blickwinkel – damit Sie auch wirklich die wesentlichen Bereiche erkennen.

Kamera zur Überwachung der Fahrzeugrückseite ermöglicht dem Fahrer die Einsicht des Bereichs, der über die Seitenspiegel nicht eingesehen werden kann und erleichtert so das Rangieren und die Anfahrt an Laderampen, etc. So können auch Personen oder Hindernisse frühzeitig erkannt werden.

Vertikale Ausrichtung der Kamera: Je nach An-bauhöhe und gewünschtem Darstellungsbereich gilt es, die passende Kamera und Ö� nungswinkel zu wählen. Sollen Details wie eine Anhänger-kupplung o.ä. gut sichtbar sein, empfehlen wir einen kleinen Ö� nungswinkel.

Horizontale Ausrichtung der Kamera: Bei dieser Anbauvariante empfehlen wir generell, eine Kamera mit einem großen Ö� nungswinkel (ab 130°) zu wählen.

Application: Supports the oversight at turning maneuvers for better recognition of e.g. obstacles, persons or cyclists.

In case of this camera application you receive opti-cal support in the loading and unloading process, which can be very helpful and time-saving. In this case we recommend the application of a camera with a small viewing angle – so you can recognize the really essential areas.

Cameras for monitoring the back space behind the vehicle enable the operator to inspect the area that cannot be seen the side mirrors and thus facilitate the shunting and the approach to loading ramps, etc. So also persons or obstacles can be detected early.

Vertical orientation of the camera: Depending on the mounting height and desired display area, it is important to select the � tting camera and opening angle. If details such as a tow bar, etc. have to be clearly visible, we recommend a small opening angle.

Horizontal orientation of the camera: In this mounted version we generally recommend a camera with a large opening angle (from 130° on).

Diverse Fahrzeughersteller liefern zwischenzeitlich einen großen Teil ihrer Fahrzeuge mit einem LCD-Farbdisplay aus, welches direkte Anbindung von Rückfahrkameras über entsprechende Adaptionen ermöglicht. In the meantime various vehicle manufacturers supply a lot of their vehicles with a color LCD display, which allows direct connection of rear view cameras by ap-propriate adaptations. For the driver, the advantage is in receiving all information comfortably in a central place in the cockpit so he is not distracted by a variety of displays from events. Das AVS-360° Monitor Kit ist speziell für den Einsatz in großen Fahrzeugen, wie Bussen, LKW, Wohnmobilen, Entsorgungsfahrzeugen, etc. konzipiert. Das System besteht aus einem 8" (20,3 cm) LCD-TFT Monitor für die Montage im Bereich der A-Säule, vier Kameras mit einem Blickwinkel von 180° (horizontal) und einem externen GPS-Empfänger.

Durch die vertikale Ausrichtung des Monitors erhält der Nutzer eine optimale Übersicht rund um das Fahrzeug und eine Bilddarstellung in Fahrtrichtung. Der externe GPS-Empfänger steuert das System, so dass es nur bei Geschwindigkeiten von 0-30 km/h das AVS-360° Bild darstellt und den Fahrer bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten nicht ablenkt.

Das AVS-360° Box Kit ist die perfekte Lösung zur Integra-tion einer Rundumsicht-Lösung an bereits vorhandene Monitore oder Navigationen mit Video-Eingang. Das System besteht aus der AVS-B-01 Control Box sowie 4 Kameras mit 180° (horizontal) Blickwinkel.

Die AVS-B-01 verfügt über 4 Kamera-Eingänge, 1 Video-Ausgang, 3 Trigger (Rückfahr-/Blinker L+R Signal), 1 Geschwindigkeitssignal-Eingang.Die Darstellung am Monitor erfolgt immer in einem ge-teilten Bildschirm, der auf einer Seite das volle AVS-Bild zeigt und auf der anderen die jeweils gewählte Kamera (siehe Abb.).

Mit dem AVS-270° bieten wir die perfekte Lösung für Trailermontage, Baumaschinen oder Fahrzeuge, bei denen nicht alle 4 Seiten eingesehen werden müssen. Das System besteht aus der AVS-B-02 sowie 2 Kameras mit 180° (horizontal) und 1 Kamera mit 150° (horizontal) Blickwinkel.

Die AVS-B-02 verfügt über 3 Kamera-Eingänge, 1 Video-Ausgang, 3 Trigger (Rückfahr-/Blinker L+R Signal), 1 Geschwindigkeitssignal-Eingang. Das System kann an jeden beliebigen Monitor angeschlossen werden.

Die Darstellung am Monitor erfolgt bei Rückwärtsgang als 270° AVS-Bild (siehe Abb.) und bei Aktivierung der Blinker jeweils als Vollbild.

The AVS-360° Monitor Kit is specially designed for the use in large vehicles, like coaches, trucks, mobilehomes, waste disposal, etc.. The system comes with an 8" LCD-TFT monitor for mounting in the A-Pillar area, 4 cameras with 180° (horizontal) viewing angle and an external GPS-receiver.

By the monitors verticale orientation it provides the user a perfect overview and a surround picture in the driving direction. The external GPS-receiver controls that the system is only working at a speed from 0 to 30 km/h and so it will not disturb the driver at a higher speed.

The AVS-360° Box Kit is the perfect solution to integrate an Around-Vision-Solution to an existing monitor or navigation with video-input. The system comes with the AVS-B-01 con-trol box and 4 cameras with 180° (horizontal) viewing angle.

With the AVS-270° there is a perfect solution for use on trailer, construction machines or other vehicles where you do not need to view all 4 sides. The system comes with the AVS-B-02 as well as 2 cameras with 180° (horizontal) and 1 camera with 150° (horizontal) viewing angle.

The AVS-B-01 has 3 camera-inputs, 1 video-Out, 3 trigger (Reverse / Left / Right), 1 speed-signal-In. It can be connected to any monitor.

The picture on the monitor will show when driving backwards a 270° picture (see picture) and when using the turn signal L or R a full picture of the chosen side.

Trips with transport vehicles in urban tra c are associated with increased risks of accidents due to limited sight on turning maneuvers. Parked cars, narrow streets and pedestrians hinder further. These dangerous situations cannot be completely prevented by the use of conventional camera systems and vehicle mirrors, blind spots continue to emerge. This applies, for example, to a large extent for waste disposal und cleaning vehicles.

Original Monitor des Fahrzeugherstellers

Nachrüstung z.B. Navigation-Box ANV 2016 EU

Einige Fahrzeughersteller wie z.B. Audi, BMW, Mercedes und VW liefern zwischenzeitlich einen großen Teil ihrer Fahrzeuge mit einem LCD-Farbdisplay aus, selbst wenn keine originale Navigation bestellt wurde. Gerade für diese Kombinationen aus Originalradio mit separatem Display gibt es oft von den Herstellern keine Nachrüstlösungen.

Mit den AXION NIK (Navigation Integration Kits) bieten wir nun die optimale Lösung für einige dieser Fahrzeuge.

Die NIK Systeme ermöglichen die Nachrüstung einer Navigation in Fahrzeuge, die über einen originalen Monitor ohne Werksnavigation verfügen. Bei der Nachrüstung muss das originale Radio nicht getauscht werden. Das Naviga-tionsbild kann durch Betätigen einer Taste am Radio/Lenkrad oder eines sepa-raten Tasters auf den Monitor aufgeschaltet werden und dann über die im Lieferumfang enthaltene Fernbedienung komfortabel bedient werden.

Optional kann auch eine Touch-Screen-Funktion für die Navigation am originalen Monitor nachgerüstet werden.

Der Adapter hat einen AXION-Mini-DIN Kameraanschluss (Eingang) und 2 Cinch (RCA) Ausgänge für Videobild und Ton (Mono) sowie Spannungsanschlussleitungen für 24 V.

This converter box enables the use of 12 V cameras in a 24 V powered vehicle. It is needed if you do not use an AXION monitor and you like to connect the camera for example to a portable navigation device or a navigationradio which is not able to provide 12 V power supply to the camera. The adapter comes with a AXION-Mini-DIN camera connection and RCA outputs (Video / Audio (Mono) as well as the wires to connect 24 V power supply.
